This Fabulous Feet Foot Soak is truly amazing! I used it for 4 consecutive days to start with, now I use it twice weekly. It really does do what they say it does! My feet feel lovely and smooth afterwards and the hard skin on my heels has gone. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for and I’ll be buying this again, no question.

Prompt delivery, items packaged safely. I am delighted with the products, which are the Repairing Hand Cream and the Nail and Cuticle Serum, have only started to use these, but I will say they are beautiful to use, and the cuticle pen is wonderful to use as it is not messy. And so far, I feel it is making a big difference to my very dry cuticles, so I am hopeful this will continue. I would recommend these products.

I have pedal psoriasis and have struggled for years managing with steroids and salicylic acid preps. I have been using the lotion and balm for 3/52 and my left foot has resolved. The right foot has improved so much I no longer have deep cracks. So far so good!!!!

I go for monthly medi/pedi treatments at Margaret Dabbs White City with Musab who is an excellent podiatrist. I always leave my session walking on air with very happy feet.

Bought the leg serum and scrub. It is so nice, smells lovely and makes my legs not ache so much.

Today is May 29, 2026, the products ordered on May 8th have never arrived. My credit card was promptly charged on May 8th. I received an email on May 12th with a tracking number stating that my prepared order should arrive soon. On May 16th, I emailed customer service stating that USPS was still waiting for the package - I never received a reply to to my customer service email. On May 25th, I called the Margaret Dabbs office in the UK from the US and left a voicemail about the problem that I was having with my order. I never received a call back. On Tuesday, May 26th, I called the office again and spoke with a person in the Accounts department. After explaining the problem, she stated that she would look into my order and email me back after she spoke to the department that was responsible for shipping my order. I never received any response. This morning, Friday, May 29 - still no package. I called the UK office again and tried the Accounts department and I went to voicemail. I informed the department that I was cancelling my order and disputing my credit card charge. So much time and energy has been wasted on trying to get the products that I was sending AS A GIFT!

I must express how appalled I am by the poor service and lack of follow-through that I have experienced with this company.

It came snapped and there was no clear refund option on the site so I bassivly wasted a lot of money

Great products that actually do what they say and great customer service, makes it easy to be a returning customer. Highly recommend.

The hand cream is very nice and soaks in well but I can't really see how it will repair my old hands!

Best foot file and pads

Each time I have ordered - no problems. Easy to navigate website. Once I had to call regarding an order, the adviser was polite and helpful. When you receive your order, it’s wrapped with care in nice tissue paper that completes the order especially when gifting the products. Will continue to purchase from this company as overall it’s a good experience.

The handcream is amazing stuff, albeit expensive. I unfortunately downrated you because to send a tiny little tube by DPD is idiotic and very inconvenient for the buyer.

I have purchased several items including hand cream, foot cream, files for nails and feet. All good quality. The hand and foot creams are very good and leave my skin feeling nice and soft. Would recommend.
