Ellis - the gentle trainee
I would have been happier to pay for the audiogram as I feel a bit indebted to you. Ellis as a trainee was exceptionally gentle cleaning out my ears. Very professional service by all. Access to costs of aids - I might have asked - as it would make a difference to what disability I might tolerate.

Excellent Stuart Lyness
From stepping into house of hearing all the staff were polite, friendly and exceedingly helpful. My husband was wanting new hearing aids, Stuart Lyness Senior Audiologist was brilliant, took great care in explaining everything as things were not straight forward with my husbands ears / hearing. He did not try and push the most expensive option but gave us information and let us choose with no pressure. 100% recomend
