I would give her 100 stars if I could, I went to my first appointment in absolute agony I suffer with my ears a lot since a kid. This woman honestly was so good with me I suffer with bipolar along with the pain I was In wasn’t a good combination. The compassion n sympathy she showed was beautiful she really cared about how much pain I was in and tried to remove It I couldn’t begin to explain how long she spent trying to ease the pain. She then advised me to go home and use oil n rebooked me. She tried further four separate times and it eventually came out. The throbbing pain went away instantly the pressure was gone it felt so much relief. I winged at her almost everyday and she was so patient and encouraging u would have thought she was coaching me through labour lol. She removed the biggest piece of wax I ever saw and I can hear clearly for the first time in actual years. And NO Ear ach! . You have a really caring good woman working for you and I would definitely recommend this to any one suffering with the same as I know how painful it can be . Thank you again neni

Unfortunately did not get off to a good start as the time was changed twice and the person carrying out the procedure was also changed but eventually a good job was done.

Had real issue for some time. I made the appointment and aii was resolved by an outstanding professional, The treatment and aftercare advice wa outstanding.

Excellent home visit service.
Very quick service booking, home visit two days later. Lovely audiologist, on time, caring and professional service for my elderly mother. Highly recommended.

Good experience
From walking into the room the audiologist was friendly and very professional. The procedure was simple and straightforward with the audiologist explaining everything that she was doing and even showing me the inside of my ear
