Great friendly service, on time couldn’t fault his work.

Very pleasant staff and good value for money for Boiler and Home insurance, including a boiler service. Rating would be 5* except for the fact that my renewal was quoted at 25* higher than this year but they quickly agreed to maintain this year's price since I had not had any claims. Also a human answered my phone call and within 60 about 30 seconds.

After 5 star I altered to 1 star after it was found the leak had not been repaired and their second plumber reported wrongly it was due to design fault and not covered. After some correspondence and my own plumber repairing in 45 minutes Hometree agreed to refund the £95 call out and my plumbers costs.
Few companies acknowledge their errors, fewer ensure the issue is resolved and the client is reimbursed. So I'm staying with Hometree and recommending them.

Easy and cheap just perfect for what I want

Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had to follow up with a complaint to hometree, their service used to be very good but seems like recently they are struggling with costs and customer service. In short, I’ve been told I need a new boiler because a fan replacement costing less than a few hundred pounds needs doing (citing not only the fan but some previous non existent repair costs, which I have asked them to explain to me but have only got silence, how is this even permitted?). Did not expect this from hometree, esp as have vulnerable parents in the house, so far 9 days on no heating…

Very quick to respond by phone and got my new heating thermostat installed within 3 days.

Engineer came within the time slot agreed. Explained what he was going to do. Carried out the repair successfully. Was polite, tidy and efficient.

Teddie was great very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly fixed our heating problem very quickly if I could give 20 out of 10 I would, lovely having the heating working again..

Aaa has sent a fantastic engineer that explained everything to me. Last year Hometree used North west gas that was a joke i had no heating for 4 weeks please stay with Aaa thank you. Regards John
