HomeShredUK Omdömen

Homeshred makes the process of getting rid of confidential paperwork very easy. The sacks arrived the next day after ordering and the pick-up a couple of weeks later went very smoothly. I have used their services twice now and wouldn't hesitate to use them again - I highly recommend Homeshred.

Happy to recommend HomeShred to everyone. The whole process was made simple and both sent the confidential waste bags and picked them up, promptly and on time. I also got the certificate of destruction the same day. Would definitely use this company again.

Excellent way of decluttering my files. Fully recommended

Very secure way of disposing of confidential waste - I had a lot of waste after clearing my mother’s home and this was by far the easiest and safest way to do so. Booking is easy after purchasing bags - kept informed of collection date and time and a call from the driver to confirm collection time. Highly recommended - email confirmation of destruction provided

Very easy process. Good communication from the company. 5 good size bags of domestic papers disposed of for a very reasonable price.

Fantasic customer service from answering queries, reasonal prices, keeping updated of pickup dates and times. Most of all cheerful staff. Have been using HomeShred for years and unlike other companies service still good. Keep up the good work

Great service, bags came when expected, booking process for collection on time.
Very nice people to deal with

Easy to book a collection online, was able to add to it too.
Received email the day before, giving a 2-hour time slot.
Driver arrived on time, very friendly, took everything away very quickly.
3rd time I've used this service, been excellent every time - Thank You!

From 1st contact, to collection, and the secure shredding, the entire operation was seamless.
A very efficient service, and reasonably priced, they saved Me a lot of time trying to do it all myself.
I will book them again with confidence.
Highly recommended. Mr J.F. H. Sutton England

Highly efficient and safe. Recommended.

Everything went according to plan - ie dates/timings and efficiency!
The only slight issue was that the bags were difficult to keep stuck down, so had to improvise with a stapler!

Quick and easy service. Great communication and reasonable cost.

It is not that obvious from the advert that there is a collection fee in addition to buying the bags. For 5 bags they are £4 each. The bags come with poor quality adhesive and needed to be taped to avoid them opening.

Utterly useless. Have been trying to arrange a collection since May with no success but this company never answers their phone, never calls back if you leave a voicemail, and the email address bounces back as if they’ve gone out of business.

Excellent service. I ordered two sacks which were delivered by Royal Mail very quickly. The lady in the office was very helpful, and used to helping people like me who have never used a service like this before. Up until this point I'd got fed up with using the shredder I'd bought as I was almost over-whelmed by all the stuff I'd accumulated over some 30 odd years.

I was quite surprised at how much each of the sacks took with careful filling (keeping the documents flat), and still had some spare space when I'd finished. I was also pleased to find that they accept hardback notebooks, too, but only the ones with glued spines.

When full I phoned their office back and within a few days Dan arrived at the agreed time, and the sacks were gone.

A day or so later I got my certificate of destruction by email.

I will certainly use HomeShred again, if I ever find I have a pile of documents to get rid of safely.

Quick and easy process. I wasn’t expecting a phone call the day before collection with a 2 hour window. This was really helpful. Very competitive rates. I will definitely use HomeShredUK again.

V easy. I’m a returning customer. I’m always amazed at how much the bags hold. V easy collection once I decided I’d finished the file clear out.

Sacks delivered on time and if high quality but that’s about the best I can say about this company, since they ignore all email communications making it impossible to change the date of collection. Abysmal customer service.
