A concern was quickly dealt with by the chat. A big thank you for a great customer service. Sadly no one turned up to cap the gas. No communication that it had been cancelled. On contacting chat again I was told it was a re chargeable job, but no one contacted me with that information. I now have no cooker as the new electric one cannot be installed and the gas one is non working.

Since 2018 i have complained about house getting cold at this time of year. Homegroup do not listen to tenants, don't care about tenants. Yet they take rent increase rent every year. People have young kids, old people living in freezing house. Heartless Homegroup. Email has been sent to Mark Henderson called Homegroup in the past about freezing conditions in the house. Something needs to be done inside and outside the house. Homegroup keep your tenants safe and warm this winter and every winter.

Terrible experience today. The individual was absolutely useless. Deserved minus stars, not a 1-star. I initially asked to change the date of a repair in the Home Group chat room, where you type your messages. Just like last time, I was then asked, "How can I help?" Again, I had to say "I've already told you". It was the same individual as last time. Why write anything if they don't read it? I was then told "You already have an appointment on that date". I replied with "If you read my message you would know I want to cancel that date and am asking for another day to be booked." Why was that person in the job when they were unbelievably incompetent (or was it deliberate?). I was given a new date at last. Terrible, terrible service.
