Reece assisted me with finding that a repair had not been picked up but he sorted it and everything is done and hopefully I will have hot water in 6 hours

Useless company..housing Managers not supportive, customer service is Useless only interested in talking our money ..if we new before how pathetic this housing group was we would have not brought our property from them..please do not buy from this company..

Avoid home group at all costs! …
Will never ever get another property with this housing association again. Neighbour downstairs banging day and night, he also smokes cannabis, people have even smelt it in my property. But home group couldn't care less. The think a little chat with him is enough. Pathetic really!!

3 years of hell with Pigeons nesting under the solar panels.
When I first visited the property the tenant made sure there was no bird poo or mess so I didn't know there was a bad issue until we moved in.
I was told I took the property in the state it was in by homegroup! But there was no mess on both occasions
We have bird poo constantly falling , massive bits of birds nest , dead pigeons with maggots , baby pigeons dieing on impact , eggs and also poo bouncing from the slabs and into our kitchen ! I have two young children who can't enjoy the garden due to so much!
I was given hope then to be told no!.
I asked if we could come to some kind of arrangement and I would pay their guy to have the pigeons removed but if they could provide the scaffolding as I can't afford this due to the building being a townhouse.. after waiting they said NO!
I had a guy from maintenance who works for Homegroup come out and lied there was no pigeons when I could clearly see 3! On inspection by Breyer there was actually 5!!
So Darren lied!! I asked if my loft could be inspected due to a small leak and Darren cancelled the job twice!! Because they don't deal with pigeons ( this was my loft though) he denied this but I was told by 3 separate people! I put a complaint in and they didn't want to know.. but the last email stated they would net and spike the roof BUT I have to remove the pigeons myself ..well what's the point ? I might aswell just not bother because I am still paying for it all!!
Fast forward I had a email recently stating they WONT do anything but give me permission Todo it all , so again it's another lie.
We have bird mites in the property which homegroup , housing managers and there management are aware of and still they won't do Nothing !!!
This is social housing I don't own this property , the house has had a problem way before I moved in as after speaking to other tenants they have said they have been fighting for 7 years to have them removed !!!
Rude housing managers.
Conversations not being added to accounts.
Phone calls not being returned.
Lieing staff.
The comments I have seen from other tenants is shocking how they are also being left !!
Homegroup with their normal reply ..please call us.. no! I have called so many times

Woefully inadequate, inconsistent staffing and management.
Their Cedartree Court site is a supported living complex that is unfortunately beset with woefully inadequate staffing levels providing inconsistent at best support. This is due to poor management and over reliance on agency staff which for the most part is inadequate and barely vetted for their suitability much to the detriment of the residents. They are also known to not meet the contracted support hours which are on an individual basis funded by the local council and mandatory contribution payments by the residents. On top of that maintenance and repair tasks can go weeks or even months before being fully addressed and resolved. Potential new residents would do well to take heed and avoid.

From them at all, after they have promised for years. I have seen other housing associations do all they can to help but homegroup do nothing!

Repairs
