Quality is disappointing for the price
Quality is disappointing for the price. Within days the piping on our duvet set began fraying and has continued to do so, so it looks quite shabby. We followed the care instructions to the letter. Considered trying to return but suspected the process for a used product would be not worth the hassle. Live and learn.

we actually exceeded the care instructions and only washed the duvet set turned inside out and never with any other items. So in conclusion, the piping is either poor quality or poor design. If Holsper wish to contact me directly, you're very welcome.

All of our bedding sets are made from 100% certified Egyptian cotton and crafted to meet the highest quality standards. The fraying you’ve described is not something we expect, and while rare, it can sometimes happen if the bedding comes into contact with metal parts inside washing machines or dryers, or if washed with other items that have zippers, hooks, or buttons. Even with care instructions followed, such contact can unfortunately cause damage to the piping.
That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Golden Birds bedset
This is not my first time using Holsper. I was so delighted with my first bedset, it was easy for me to make another choice.
The quality, packaging & overall experience is very good. You might even think, well that’s expensive, but you get what you pay for.
I didn’t have to wait too long for my new bedset to arrive & it’s beautiful, so comfortable & silky smooth definitely worth every penny.

Great customer service, I had a question before ordering and it was answered very prompt. And after receiving excellent customer service, I went ahead and placed an order. Delivery didn't take long and I was very happy and still am with my bedding.

Lovely quality product
Lovely quality product, soft and cool for this hot weather! Beautifully wrapped and presented. I have been looking at the website for a while but cost always put me off. Purchased my bedding during sale and paid £160 (still very expensive for me) only to find it has now reduced to £140. Disappointed now, wished I had waited! UPDATED response to Holsper... thinking on it, it is possible that the price was for a double, thank you for clarifying. I do love my bedding, so soft and cool, a real luxury!

Water meadows at dawn.
Easy to order, (never have much of a problem giving people money for things) the quality is always superb. Delivery reasonably quick. Quite expensive, but worth the money.
So, we can all rush off and dance naked in the water meadows at dawn in celebration.

Disappointed…
Disappointed… I bought two duvet sets about 11 months ago. A cost of over £400. After 9 months the zip went on one of them and the way they design the duvet cover a broken zip means it’s unusable. Apparently 9 months is out of warranty which is fine but not enough time for me to purchase them again. They asked my to send pictures (of a broken zip 🤷🏼♀️). They also asked me how often I had used them ? What kind of a question is this!! I have two sets which I alternative every 2 weeks. I have other bedding I’ve had for 10 years and they are still usable and in great condition. Quality is important when you are spending £200 for a bed set. Not for me !!!! Beware!!!!

The reason our team asked for photos and details like usage frequency was not to inconvenience you, but to better understand what might have caused the problem. This helps us identify any rare production issues and ensure we’re offering the best possible quality to all our customers.
It’s very unusual for us to receive this kind of feedback—our zips are designed to last, and we've not encountered similar concerns from other customers. That’s exactly why we wanted to gather more information—to try and find a solution and also improve wherever possible.
While your order is technically outside of our warranty period, we’d still like to see what we can do to make this right for you. Our goal is always to provide not just a great product, but also thoughtful and supportive service.
