Inaccurate pillow size
The pillowcases I received measure 46 cm in width instead of the advertised 48 cm. I provided photographic evidence of this discrepancy. This constitutes a misrepresentation, and I would like to understand why the product specifications advertised are not accurate.

On our size guide we do mention that the measurements are approximate, and sometimes there can be a small difference of 1–2 cm — but we also know it can still be disappointing when it’s not exactly what you expected.
We also want to reassure you that we’ve already replied to your emails with some suggested solutions, but it seems we haven’t heard back from you yet. It might be worth double-checking your inbox (and sometimes even the spam/junk folder, just in case) because we really don’t want you to feel left without support.

This is the fourth set I’ve purchased from Holsper, the quality is exceptional and washes really well. The first set I bought four years ago still looks amazing. It’s always packaged really well and love the tote bags they are in. They dispatch quickly.

Review/Delivery FAIL
Asking me to review something before I’ve even received it (because your shipping failed and you just fobbed me off when I questioned it) is a sure fire way to piss me off. Also, if I click 1 star it doesn’t take me to Trustpilot to try and avoid me leaving poor feedback. Nearly £300 for bedding (I said she was mad) that it turns out (might eventually?) come from China? RUN AWAY. RUN AWAY.
Reply to your reply - being shipped via YunExpress so that suggests China?
Ordered 28 July. Supposedly shipped 29 July. Never made it out of China according to the tracking.
Advised on 6 August that it had shipped again. According to the new tracking details it’s still in mainland China.
You asked for feedback via this platform so you’re getting it. So far, garbage service - when I queried this on 6 August I received a reply from ‘Marie’ that failed to use the word sorry even once and read like I was being a pain for asking what was going on.

If the delivery issue was caused by the courier (most commonly Royal Mail for our standard service), they will usually attempt redelivery in the coming days. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on your tracking link, or our team will be happy to help you track and update your delivery options.
Regarding your concern about the origin of the products — some of our items do come from our overseas manufacturing partners, including China. However, most of our range is stocked locally in our UK warehouse. As a small but growing company, we’re working hard to expand our local inventory so we can dispatch more orders directly from the UK.
We’d really like the chance to resolve this for you and make things right. Please get in touch so we can assist further.

Just to clarify, our super king sizes are as follows:
• Duvet cover: W 260cm x L 230cm
• Fitted sheet: W 180cm x L 200cm x D 25cm
• Flat sheet: W 245cm x L 270cm

The most luxurious bedding! I love the zipped Duvet cover. It makes it easy to change the duvet. Easy to wash and I like to lightly iron! In the hot weather the bedding is a godsend. Since purchasing I’ve bought 2 further sets!
