Lovely but some quality concerns...
I've spent over £500 with this company on various sets of bedding. I was attracted to the claims of quality and loved some of the patterns.
However with one or two sets there is an issue of CONSTANT shedding. One one set, the edging came away entirely in one part (a few ft long) and since I keot getting it wrapped around my feet, I've cut it off. It still is functional but not what you'd expect for the price.
Other set(s) shed colourful fluff everywhere on the bedroom floor after a day or two of sleeping in the freshly laundered bedding. It's quite annoying and also, again, not what you'd expect from the price. I sadly probably won't shop here again and track down a different brand who also does nice designs.

I now have 5 duvet / pillow sets - I am running out of space to store them!!
Luckily I have a fairly neutral decor. so most colour combinations work well.

Not the best
Beautiful colours but poor quality loads of loose threads and with the fastener being on the underside of the cover I keep putting my foot in the opening, will stick to Dorma would be ok just for show but not to use , mine had buttons no zip Holsper please send me an email address so I can send pics of buttons

Our bedding sets are made from high-quality materials and go through a strict quality check, so loose threads can sometimes happen if the care guide wasn’t fully followed — but of course, we’re here to help!
Please contact our team via email at info@holsper.com, and they’ll gladly assist you. If it turns out the issue came from the factory, we’ll happily arrange an exchange or replacement for you.
As for the fastener — our covers are designed with a hidden zipper closure, so we’d love to check what might have happened in your case. Please reach out so we can sort everything out for you quickly.

Lovely quality
Although not washed or used yet, the bedding feels lovely. Bought for a treat for our new house. Delivery was quick and the packaging made them feel very special.

The worst quality bedding i have ever…
The worst quality bedding i have ever come across. The patterns are so pixilated that it looks cheap and nasty. I wouldn't even buy it for a £10. Absolute waste of money, it looks like they have used some kind of cheap printer.

All of our sets are made from 100% Egyptian cotton and produced using high-quality printing techniques, so we definitely do not use “cheap printers.” That said, if something’s not right, we want to see it and fix it.

Luxury a feast for the heart as well as the eyes …
The packaging is beautiful and makes it a treat in itself to unwrap. This would certainly make a gorgeous gift for a big event or Christmas. We have enjoyed our bedding for over a week now and it is a luxury to snuggle under at the end of the day. The attention to detail and quality of the product is fantastic.

I purchased a set of bedding from…
I purchased a set of bedding from Holsper which at the time I was delighted with but after a couple of washed it started fray along the edging . In total the bedding was used and washed no more than 5 times as it was in the spair room (washed inside out at 30* on its own ) over 6 months . I contacted the company who had me reply to a list of questions only to come back to me to say I'd had it too long and it was out of guarentee not prepared to do anything except give me 15% off a new set . Not what I'd expect after buying £170 bedding set.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, and we're truly sorry again for the disappointment with your bedding set. At Holsper, we completely understand how frustrating it must feel, especially since you expected this purchase to last longer.
As we mentioned when reviewing your order, we also carefully looked at the photos you provided. From what we can see, the fraying along the edging may have been influenced by the washing machine or dryer.
Under UK consumer law, within the first 6 months after delivery the retailer is responsible for proving whether an issue was due to a manufacturing fault or use. Once this period has passed, the responsibility shifts, as it’s no longer possible to fairly verify how the product was washed or used during that time. Since your order was placed back in February, it is now over 6 months, which means we are unable to offer a formal resolution under those guidelines.
That said, at Holsper we never want our customers to feel unsupported. This is why we offered you a goodwill gesture of 15% off . We truly value you as our customer and want you to continue having a positive experience with us.
Your trust means a lot to us, and your feedback is incredibly important as it helps us improve our products and services further.

Beautiful designs, quality fabric. The website is easy to navigate with all the beautiful designs to choose from. All information was available and Payment was easy. Delivery was on time with regular updates to follow it's progression.
