Very good service. Easy to order and regular updates on delivery. The duvet cover set material is really lovely. I would have given 5 stars if the colour had been closer to the image online. The blue was very different but luckily, still acceptable

Regarding the colour concern, please note that differences in lighting—such as professional studio lighting used in our product photos, compared to natural daylight or artificial bulbs in your home—can significantly affect how colours appear. Additionally, screen settings and monitor calibration can also alter colour perception. We strive to represent our items as accurately as possible, but these factors can sometimes lead to slight visual differences.
As for customer service, we can confirm that our team was in touch with you three days ago and provided the return instructions along with all the support needed. We’re always here to help and regret if it didn’t come across as such.
Concerning the delivery, your order was placed on 17 May (Saturday) and delivered on 27 May (Tuesday)—within 7 business days, exactly as stated in our shipping time frame. Since our products are made to order, we also allow up to 5 business days for production before dispatch, making the full estimated delivery window up to 12 business days. In your case, the full process was completed faster than the maximum timeframe.

Very luxurious
This is my second purchase of bedding and I absolutely love it! The sheets feel like sleeping in silk, very luxurious and the throw I bought is great quality. My one issue is the packaging. I don’t need the ribbons wrapped around the product or the bags with the company name on, this is a drain on the environment in my opinion. Delivery was slow this time too, taking around 10 days.

King size duvet cover far too big for my king size duvet. Good customer support
Overall the duvet was good quality, a bit of an odd smell when I first opened the package but it faded. I loved the zips on cover and pillow case so much better than button and poppers.
I chose the feather design which looked lovely. I had to return the set as I ordered king size, but it was massive, the package was labelled super king. Customer services were very helpful. I was asked to measure the duvet and was told it was the correct size (king) but would have drowned my duvet which was a king size. I think if they are a British company then their covers should be a standard UK size or a note on their website to measure your duvet against their size guide which I've never had to do before. In the end I returned it and brought a dorma duvet set, just as nice design and picked up a king size and it fits perfectly

We also sincerely apologize for the labeling issue you encountered. It was a factory error that we have since identified and corrected to prevent it from happening again.
While we do have a size guide available on our website, we really appreciate your suggestion about adding a clearer reminder for customers to double-check their duvet measurements – it's very helpful feedback, and we'll work on making this more visible.

I was a little surprised this product was coming from so far and if I was honest, concerned. However, when the product did arrive it was beautifully packed. It is a superb standard of material. The design (sunflowers) are marvellous.
When I 1st placed the order I couldn’t load the discount. I emailed Holsper and they immediately refunded the discount which was due.
