Dave was incredibly helpful and took time to go through things individually with me where he could see I was struggling.
The course flew by as his teaching style was relaxed with good humour and not just death by PowerPoint. I will be booking back here for my refresher course in 5 years.

Thank you so much for such a positive personal review of Dave and our SMSTS course in Newcastle.
It is something we pride ourselves in making sure that all delegates irrelevant of their experience and learning speed are looked after individually. The course time length allows for this one to one interaction and Dave is exceptional at getting the key learning points across in such a logical way. Congratulations on a quality pass.

Thank you Anthony,
Breaks are a very integral part of our training as they allow a decent leg stretch and change of scene. Its tough coming from an active site which can be so busy to sitting in a nice warm training room with brews on tap, we need to keep you moving and allowing the brain to cool down so you can assimilate the information being given.

Daz the copper
The instructor tim was very informative he had alot of knowledge to pass on which was very useful.
Tim made it fun but at the same time educational these courses can sometimes be mundane and very boring, but not in this case, very enjoyable, and educational, at the same time.
Not all aspects of the course where relevant to my particular field, however, gave a good insight, for future reference.

Thank you Billy, Ian's on site experience is invaluable to his delivery, far too many tutors out there without the site knowledge to be teaching such important training courses.
Really good instructive course
Really good instructive course, not the instructors fault the CITB questions were asked confusingly, he tried to put it in a constructive meaning. Venue wasn’t the best for access and facilities.

Well done Stephen, the exams have gotten way more testing which is not a bad thing for the industry as a whole. Some accreditations are way too easy which dilutes the standards we require to keep people safe. Well done on a quality pass mark.
