We sent Chris our specific dimensions for two sets of outdoor furniture. They were very responsive over email, provided all the information that we needed and offered us multiple colour choices. We invested in some very expensive furniture this year so needed a quality product to last, the covers are fantastic, excellent quality, protected against UV as well so you do get what you pay for. Jennie was extremely helpful and created a replacement parasol cover (using my original as a template), along with a large bespoke cover for my furniture. She communicated constantly throughout the process and ensured it was completed in a very quick turnaround. I am very pleased with the covers & would highly recommend this company. Cover fitted well and arrived when promised

This is our third kover-it cover for always considered them to be quality products unfortunately this latest cover is below the quality we have come to expect. On the positive side it fits very well . The quality of the material, stitching, and lack of suitable packaging are a disappointment.

This is the third cover I have had from. this company, the first two have been fabulous and have lasted for over 10 years. The cover I purchased recently has let water on around the sewn edge which has marked my new teak coffee table. I am so disappointed this time, I recommend Kover-it to anyone wanting a good outdoor furniture cover and now I don't feel can do this.

The company were fast to respond to my issue and after I provided some photos and had a discussion with them they have made another cover for me. It has yet to be tested but in theory it should prove not to leak.
I am impressed with how respnsive the company were.

It's a really good cover and it fits the arbour well. We love the front roll-up. I would just say that it is pretty heavy, so getting it over the top of arbour is a bit of a serious job. It is clearly a properly weather-protecting cover. We think it was well worth the price

A great ordering process, with plenty of opportunity to ensure the measurements were perfect for an L shaped outdoor kitchen – good communication around manufacturing time and delivery time. When the item arrived it was absolutely perfect good quality, fitted fabulously and I have no doubt it will protect our outdoor Kitchen for years to come

The company was so easy to work with, professional, and the product came on time. The cushions I ordered fit perfectly and look fantastic.

We are very pleased with our new garden furniture cover. It is very robust and looks as if it should cope with anything that the winter throws at it, as it said in the website description. The packing and delivery was excellent, but just a few points dropped for not letting us know that there was a backlog of orders that affected our delivery date, so we had to chase. Otherwise very happy with the product.

Prompt responses to queries. Clear website giving all the relevant information needed. Prompt delivery with good progress information. Really good quality product and really well manufactured. Not cheap but a quality product.
