Kover-it  Omdömen

It would appear they have gone out of business. They have taken a 50% deposit in July, and I have not received the cover I ordered. They have not responded to several emails and the phone number goes to voicemail.
I emailed them on 30th August, 3rd September and 10th September. I also called them on 5th and 8th September during office hours.
Their response said they would call me, but not heard from them. All very disappointing.

Arbour cover arrived promptly, well packaged and looks good. Wating for the weather to turn before we test it. The roll up front is the key feature and will still enable us to view the, garden on bright, dry winter days.

Excellent cover. Well mafe and strong. Worth waiting for. Go to a lot of trouble to make sure thr measurements are correct.

There was a slight delay with the order and I was immediately kept up to date.
The goods arrived and I am utterly delighted with the product
Excellent customer service!

I bought a bespoke garden table-top cover from this company over ten years ago. It's been subjected to ten years of English weather and has only just started to let in a bit of water so I've replaced it with an identical cover. The replacement cover is much the same price as the original. Full marks.

Thank you to Juliet and the team, another bespoke amazing cover!

Very well made products. Bit of an extended production time but the covers survived their first torrential rain experience, the table and bench were completely dry, unlike the last products I used from a competitor who claimed they were waterproof but were clearly not. Time will tell how long Kover-It's remain waterproof, but pleased so far.

we've used this company many times, the quality is always outstanding. wouldnt hesitate to recommend

Good communication quality materials and delivered on time

We have 2 covers for our benches. The first one we’ve had over 5 years and still looks great. Ordering our second one was just as easy and we know their attention to detail meant the cover was a perfect fit.

Transaction went very well. Purchase arrived on time.

Our new covers for our garden furniture look great, fit really well and appear to be excellent quality! We did have an issue with the fit of one of the covers sent initially. Kover It handled it really well. The acknowledged the problem, got a new cover manufactured very quickly and then sent - all sorted in under a week. For me, this is exactly the sort of experience of you want with a company. I'll be recommending them to friends.

Thank you to a Kover-it, especially Juliet for your professionalism and patience with my order. Quality product provided swiftly!

'Over the moon' with my new covers for my rattan garden furniture. Kover it have done a wonderful job. Very efficient, and professional. The measuring process was simple I can't thank them enough. I can now leave my cushions on my furniture and just remove the covers. Very very happy.

We have had a cover-it cover for our rattan cube for 4 winters now. It is in a different league from covers we have had before. It's really strong and still looks good.

I have used Kover-it for around 10 years starting with a hot tub parasol cover and then for garden furniture covers. Juliet and the team have just produced another superbly made cover to replace one that was recently damaged in a fire. The workmanship is excellent and I would trust the team to make anything else I may need in future.

Just received a new garden table cover. Superb. Fits like a glove and very well made using excellent material. Having used Kover it approx 10 years ago for other items ( Chimènea cover, garden chairs cover and still going strong) had to return when we got a new table.

really helpful checking my measurements the product is of really high quality and fits perfectly

I recently ordered bespoke covers for my loungers, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. The covers arrived within just three days, which was incredibly impressive for a custom order. The quality is fantastic well-made, durable, and a perfect fit for my loungers. They not only enhance the look of my outdoor space but also provide excellent protection.

The entire process, from ordering to delivery, was seamless, and the attention to detail in craftsmanship is evident. If you are looking for high-quality, custom-made covers with fast turnaround times, I highly recommend this company. Excellent service and an outstanding product!

Kover-it have been a joy to deal with since my search for a hot tub cover began
They were recommended to me by walfins where I purchased my hot tub as they said they were excellent
Juliet at Kover-it cam back to me several times checking on sizes and also taking into account the lifting bar and radius of the corners
All this attention to detail has made the fit perfection and the finished product is superb
All in all a very favourable experience from a top class company
