Hippo Still Delaying Repair
Hippo, please explain why I am still being given the run around with the repair to the heated seats in the car I leased from you in April?
I reported this problem to you when the car was delivered on 10 April. You did nothing until I complained. You had me searching for garages to do the repair, then sent me to Nissan for the diagnostic, provide quotes and then tell me you will recover the car for repair yourself, leaving me without a car AGAIN.
This is what did when the clutch, electric window button and air con went in for separate repairs.
Winter is coming, there is a medical condition in my household made worse during the cold. Are you seriously going to let winter descend with this still not done?
The only reason I am back on here is because your customer services team aren't communicating with me clearly. The last email they sent, claiming A1 Approved is going to contact me to arrange recovery, has just been denied by them.
You've got a week before proceedings start.
Your behaviour is giving a bad name to the used car industry that has some very honest and responsible outlets.

Not happy with the deal I had did want…
Not happy with the deal I had did wanted to pull out but was told by Catalina in Sales that I would be charged £600 so was really forced to carry on , I thought that I had a cooling off period with such a contract , And was not fully told about the extra product I had to purchase and Was given a monthly sum not the total price and the fairly high interest on the Extra product and Car and was not told it was over 48 Months I assumed it was 36 months ! Not a happy Customer and will not recommend Hippo to any family or Friends of mine

It gets worse🤬 Now more promises “the car is ready but failed it’s Pre delivery inspection report. WHY? No answer, promise a loan temp car nothing, compensation promised asked yet again for a refund HA! Can’t get past the lovely folk on phone
Paid my initial costs the given delivery dates that never happen texts emails phone calls all result in more lies, I’ve asked for a refund? Just ignored do not use this cowboy outfit.

We're pleased that you've now received your new car, although we recognise that the journey to getting it was not the experience you should have expected.
With new vehicle orders, delivery timescales can be dependent on the supplying dealer and manufacturer, and unfortunately, changes to these are not always within our control. However, we appreciate that this doesn't make the uncertainty any less frustrating, and we recognise the importance of keeping customers informed throughout.

What can I say ....top class service from the minute we arrived at Peterborough branch .
No pushy sales pitch ...no pressure .
We walked around listing cars we wanted to look at then gave the list to Lewis.
He was very knowledgeable, confident and cheeky 😜
A day that was supposed to be just looking at cars became a day I purchased one!
I picked up the car next day , but had regular updates from Lewis .
