I placed an order with Hipearl. The item was never shipped. I've gotten no response from customer servers. Buyers beware.

Edit. I finally got a response that it was gonna take some time which I was fine to wait then they canceled my order.

Ware nicht erhalten

Ware wurde trotz Bezahlung via paypal nicht geliefert, Rückfrage beim Verkäufer ergab, dass die Bestellung angeblich vergessen wurde. Der Verkäufer hat wegen der Verzögerung 20 % erstattet, der Fall wurde bei paypal geschlossen. Trotzdem wurde wieder nicht geliefert. Wieder Rückfrage beim Verkäufer. Angeblich soll die Ware noch verschickt werden. Auch 2 Wochen später wurde die Ware immer noch nicht geliefert. Wieder reklamiert. Jetzt kommt keine Antwort mehr vom Verkäufer. Vielleicht denkt er, dass er mit 20 % Rückzahlung ohne Lieferung der Ware billig davon gekommen ist. Noch einmal papypal eingeschaltet, damit auch noch die restlichen 80 % des Kaufpreis erstattet werden . Meine Empfehlung: Dort nicht bestellen!

On December 2nd I bought Christmas presents for my daughters. I still haven't received the package.

They write to me by email that they will be sent yesterday. No information. I reported the fraud to my bank. I hope I get my money back.
I do not recommend.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not checking the reviews first.

Scam

I placed an order for earrings with Hi Pearl on the 3rd December but as yet I have not received any notification that my order has been shipped. I strongly suspect that I will never receive my order and that the company is a scam. My suspictions have been confirmed by other reviews.

Scam Website – Avoid at All Costs!

I placed an order on November 18th and have repeatedly tried contacting customer service, but no one has responded to my inquiries. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This company has completely ghosted me after taking my money, and at this point, it feels like a total scam. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Hipearl entirely. They don’t care about their customers, only about taking your money. Do not trust this website!

I regret not checking this before placing my order. I placed my order in November, and to date, I still haven't received it. They initially tried to provide some replies, but now they have gone completely silent.

Bought a ring in 17th of November and…

Bought a ring on 17th of November and still not arrived. I hope I wasn’t scammed!!! Sent 2 e-mails and they keep making excuses like too many orders. Bad company!
Paypal refunded my money on 16/12. They are a scam! Avoid!

SCAM SITE

THIS IS A SCAM SITE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
We had the misfortune of buying some earrings on the 01.11.24 from this company and here we are on the 07.12.24 and they have not been even been dispatched. Each time we contact they make excuses, like it is a busy time of year. Last time they said it had failed quality control. Having asked for a refund they are not replying to our emails. If you look at their website it has loads of fake 5 star reviews. We are going to go through our bank to reclaim the money. No doubt they will give a fake response to our negative review. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
UPDATE.Further to their reply below, I am stating the reviews on the hipearl website are fake and not Trustpilot. You can see on Trustpilot more and more people are fed up with the service they receive!

Gorgeous Bijoux

A lovely website to see their chic, seasonable and decent classic designs of bijoux. Exquisite craftsmanship at a fair price. However, do not expect your order item will be posted right after your order. My first order took about 10 days from order to shipment. In between, I will keep contact with their customer service team via email for my doubts. Quick response from their team in resolving problem.

I placed an order on November 14, and it still hasn’t even been in prosses. It was a gift for my daughter’s birthday, which is already November 30th. very sad about this service. The promise on the website about the timing is completely untrue. and it’s not clear to wait any longer or try to get the money back. and the my daughter was left without a gift.

I absolutely love my koala necklace!

I absolutely love my necklace from Hipearl. It’s so beautiful, perfect size, perfect quality, lovely packaging because they pay attention to details, pearl is very visible and it gives the perfect look and it makes me want to buy more from Hipearl. I would recommend this to everyone and especially the ones who are looking for a perfect gift! Customer service is very professional and responsive and my experience with this purchase is the best! My koala necklace is now my favorite piece of jewellery!

I love this company

I love this company! They are consumer friendly and their jewelry is stylish, well made and detailed. I really appreciate the quality and craftsmanship. Their jewelry looks as advertised and just like the photos on their website
They always have new cute jewelry to buy and never run out of ideas. I am amazed by how many new pieces they continue to create. I've gotten compliments wearing my pearl teddy bear charm! : ) Don't sleep on this gem of a company...xmas is coming and I know where I'll be shopping.

Beautiful, unique pearl jewelry

I absolutely love this company and their unique jewelry. Plus, the buy 2 get 1 is what I ordered, and they always give you a free gift. I had the Christmas tree necklace on my first order that didn’t ship with the order. They said they weren’t satisfied with the quality of that piece that was ordered, so I had to wait about 2 months for my necklace. It was beautiful when I received it! Well before Christmas. I love that they care about their customers and the quality of their products. Thank you…

Delayed but resolved very quickly

After I'd ordered the product and waited about 2 nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive I emailed customer services to ask if they knew why it was taking so long to arrive! They got back very quickly and apologised and explained that it was a very popular product but they would expedite my order, which they did as it turned up 3 days later! The product itself is beautiful and I get lots of compliments about it and it's very well made.
