They left it on the post of my fence and it's not real silver. It's only plated. I paid $90 for a charm. Over priced for plated crap. The design was good though.

I ordered on the 18/12 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It is now the 13/1 and my order has still not arrived. I have contacted them twice and they do respond but it has not helped me to recieve my order. Do not order unless you have at least a month to wait for your items. I won’t be ordering again.

Purchased 4 charms on the buy ‘2 get 2 free plus free bracelet deal’ just prior to Christmas. The delivery took three weeks which was pretty good for that time of year. I think a lot of people see the “dispatched within 24hrs” on the website and assume the delivery will only take a few days, which is not the case. Expect at least a few weeks. The charms themselves are gorgeous. They are smaller than I expected, but I find they sit better on the bracelet because of that. The detail in the conch shell I purchased is lovely. There is even a small sparkling zircon at the very centre that I hadn’t noticed online. The free bracelet is 316 SS and that’s good for me as I live in the tropics and it is wearing very well with no discolouration. I’ve had the charms and bracelet for a couple of months now and they are looking the same as the day I got them. I will definitely purchase from Gnoce again. I’m really impressed with the product and the service so far.
