Ship your product in a better box or package. I ordered 6) hinges, they weighed 12#. The box was basically poster board!!!
The box was ripped open,& 1) hinge was lost in shipping… no heavy duty box or tape or banding was used… I was disappointed & had to order another…when I called the company you get to talk to a robot…..
