Returning the wrong hinges was impossible
I wanted to return a set of hinges that were not self closing. The return part of your app did not function properly. I finally just gave up. I paid way too much for both sets I received from you. I could have gotten the same made in China product much cheaper from Amazon.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Door hinges didn’t actually fit even though they were measured correctly. I messaged customer service 39 days after they were delivered, but they cited a 45 day return policy, and the order was placed 46 days previously. Do not recommend.
