Andy and James kept me informed about the delivery arriving at the expected time and delivered my parcel with care to my home. The parcel was well packaged. Thank you both. We were the last delivery of the day after a long day for Andy and James and they were both very pleasant despite I’m sure being very tired. Excellent delivery service

My mirror arrived today and I’ll be honest, I was a bit nervous about having something like that delivered! But Andy and James were brilliant. They took the time to unbox it and check it over with me to make sure everything was perfect.
They also kept me updated with the delivery time, which meant I wasn’t stuck waiting around all day. Really happy with the service and the way they handled everything. Thanks again Andy and James, top job!

Andy and James were brilliant, polite and helpful, they kept in touch via text to say when they would arrive and arrived exactly when they said they would, this makes such a difference! Something is just not right with all…
Something is just not right with all these super positive reviews. So here's our experience.No paperwork left or signed for. Our table was badly scratched and gouged. We believe this was done in transit. We did not check the goods and neither did the driver.The driver arrived unannounced way before his allotted time. He helpfully carried the table in and stored it so that we could not see the very obvious gouge marks on the table!! Oh but he did leave a small QR code so we could kindly leave a review!!

Great service with this company. Andy and James were excellent throughout, keeping us informed of their arrival time and handling the delivery of our dining table with care and attention. Even ensured the table legs were installed to our preference.
The team were incredibly friendly and mad us feel completelyat ease, and the table setup was completed quickly, efficiently and to an excellent standard.
A fantastic service from start to finish — would highly recommended.
