Hi Jon,
Thanks for leaving your review. I’m really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the program.
You're right about the typo and the mistake in the summary. That was a copy-paste error and I’ve already gone through and corrected it. I appreciate you pointing it out.
Yes, we do use AI tools during the creation process to help structure and organize the content, but all the workout plans are based on real training experience. I'm a certified coach myself and have worked with other qualified trainers to build these programs. The AI is just a tool to help with formatting and making things more efficient. I understand how links like "chatgpt.com" in the PDF might raise questions, and that's something I’ll be more careful about moving forward. This has also been corrected.
About the coaches, they are real people I’ve worked with over the years. Some are more active on social media than others, which I get might seem strange. The Instagram profile you mentioned belongs to a coach who isn’t very focused on building a following online, but that doesn’t take away from his real-life experience.
The email address you saw was an old placeholder that should have been updated before we started sending receipts. That’s on me, and it has now been replaced with a proper support email.
Just to be clear, I’m Herman and I’m the person behind HERMQ. I built the platform myself with support from a few coaches and help on the tech side from Sentinel Automations. There’s no scheme here, just a small team trying to build something useful. That said, I know it didn’t come across that way for you, and I take full responsibility for that.
Feel free to reach out to the updated support email and we’ll find a solution.
Thanks again for the honest feedback. It really does help me improve things.
Herman, founder
