Package Lost After Gobox/Wezip4you Transition – No Accountability
On May 30th, 2025, I purchased a watercooler – Arctic Liquid Freezer III 240 Black for $61.82, with tracking number 9434608105463737065267. The item was marked as delivered on June 5th, 2025 to my suite address (#271396) at Gobox, located in Miami.
Around that same time, Gobox was acquired by Wezip4you. Since then, this package has never been registered under my account. I purchased several items during that period, and all other packages were processed correctly — except this one.
It has now been over 60 days, and every time I contact Wezip4you, I receive the same canned response: that the package will be added to my account “by the end of the current month” and that they are “still receiving packages from the previous company.” However, I reached out to Gobox directly, and a representative named Fernanda clearly stated that all packages had already been transferred to Wezip4you a long time ago.
It seems likely that my package was mistakenly assigned to another suite, but instead of taking responsibility, Wezip4you continues to stall and deny any wrongdoing. There has been zero accountability, no refund, and no resolution — only vague promises and delays.
I’m filing this complaint to warn other potential customers: these companies are not trustworthy. If anything goes wrong, you’ll be left without your product, your money, or any support.
After researching online, I found multiple people reporting similar issues, which suggests this is a pattern of negligence.
I plan to report this case to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), leave reviews on Google, and create a blog to collect and expose similar stories. These companies operate in a way that makes it very difficult for international customers to seek justice, and they take advantage of that.
Avoid Gobox and Wezip4you at all costs. They are dishonest and irresponsible, and you will not be protected if something goes wrong.
