Over $200 for a replacement Cartier strap. Broke after a month’s use. Customer service was not helpful at all and dismissed my warranty claim.

I returned my item, and Helvetus confirmed they received it over a month ago. Customer support (Mia) claims the refund was issued to my Visa, but they refuse to provide a bank receipt or ARN code. My bank confirms that no money was ever sent. This looks like a delay tactic.
Avoid them at all costs!

Great product, well made and competitively priced. Easy to navigate website and shipping very quick (to send and to arrive).

It is fraud. Afterv5 monthes i still do not have my order delivered. They even di not send tracking number. Avoid them

Billigware aus China. Das Unternehmen impliziert es wäre schweizer Qualität ( es wird natürlich nicht genau gesagt, das es aus der Schweiz käme), dabei kommt es direkt billigst in der chinesischen Originalverpackung, die an Temu erinnert. Ebenfalls ging man nicht auf meine Mail ein, in der ich mein Unverständnis äußerte, dass man eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer in einer extra Mail erst anfordern muss, statt wie üblich sie gleich bei Versandbestätigung zu bekommen. Sehr enttäuscht, vor allem im Verhältnis zum Preis.

Had to disguise this as a 4 star because thats the only ones they allow tk show on their site. Terrible dropshipping company; the straps that are shown on the site are completely different from the ones you recieve.

Infact i found the exact strap i got sent on aliExpress using google reverse search. It costs £6! And theyre charging us £75!

Absolute con company.

Ordered a FKM ruber strapp, surprised it was delivered from China with long delivery timw and rhis was not disclosed when ordering. Quality still to be reviewed but the color was not the one ordered. This brand was suggesteddby Google AI but definitely not recommended

They sent me the wrong strap, made me pay for return shipping to Switzerland, and then refused to refund me the amount. I put in a dispute with my credit card company.

J’ai acheté un bracelet Tag-Heuer qui ne correspondait pas à ma montre. Le retour s’est fait sans aucun souci mais après deux mois je ne vois toujours pas de trace de mon remboursement malgré plusieurs relances. Toujours la même réponse : le remboursement est fait !!

Jeg fikk 20mm istedenfor 19mm gummireim enda jeg bestilte til den spesifikke Zenith modellen som er 19mm. Reimen var til Omega. De påstod den skulle passe. Etter hvert godkjente de retur. Etter mottatt og godkjent retur har jeg brukt flere måneder med å få pengene tilbake uten hell. Jeg får bare mail at det er refundert uten at jeg har fått pengene. Frustrerende opplevelse.

Not what it seems. I placed an order on the 24th of April and received a confirmation that it would be shipped within 24 hours. Assuming it is a Swiss Strap and being shipped from Switzerland I was annoyed not to receive any confirmation or update and asked repeatedly for shipping information. Today, 14th of May it seems that due to international inventory topics it is being shipped from “Asia” and well underway. Upon request they have refused to provide any shipping information or confirmation that the item has even been dispatched. I have requested a cancellation because of the delay. I have been threatened that if I approach my card provider I will loose as they will provide all the details, even those they refuse to provide me with? I think this is not a serious Swiss organisation? Are they by any chance drop shipping Chinese products as Swiss? I hate being put down and treated like an idiot. So, please be careful before you too fall for the image you see.

apres avoir contacté le SAV ils n'ont jamais voulu reconnaitre que cette cassure était du fait du produit mais ont préféré justifier cela par un defaut d'usage de ma part

Chinese scammers. The website appeared polished and high end.
The item received is cheap chinese crap. As soon as you order they claim the item is shipped, so refuse refunds.
They then make the refund process nigh on impossible with expensive return shipping costs.
Avoid at all costs

Producto de mala calidad y pagado carisimo. Pésima atención al cliente y nunca me hicieron decolución de mi dinero y eso que les envié la correa, me decian que si, estuve insistiendo y al final lo dinpor perdido. No tienen teléfono de atención al cliente solo contacto por mensaje, porque son unos estafadores y esta empresa no debería ni existir. No comprar nunca en esta web es una estafa!!!

Please be wary of this company. I purchased a watch strap in December 2025, and within days, the clasp failed to fasten. At the time, I gave them a positive review as they replaced it with a leather strap. However, four months later, the second strap has also failed, with the clasp simply falling off while I was walking.

When I contacted Helvetus with photographic evidence, their response was to blame me, claiming "improper handling" or "force."

The suggestion that this is user error is entirely unacceptable. There is no complexity involved in fastening a strap; it is the most fundamental function of the product. That the clasp detached during normal use is a clear indication of a mechanical failure and a lack of durability.

This is the second strap to exhibit a near-identical fault. Their claims of "strict quality and durability standards" simply do not align with reality. To be told a manufacturing defect is "user error" after two failures is appalling. I can no longer recommend this company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Am liebsten würde ich NULL Sterne geben. Habe 3 Bänder (Gesamtwert 330€) bestellt und die Erfahrung ist alles andere als gut. Ein Tausch oder gar eine Rückgabe nicht möglich. Angeblich werden die Bänder auf Bestellung gemacht - alles Lüge, da noch die Schriftzeichen der Asiatischen Massenproduktion an der Verpackung kleben. Auf Anfrage wird man richtig unprofessionell abgeschmettert frei nach dem Motto: dein Problem nicht unser !!!
So eine schlechte Kundenbehandlung ist mir noch nie wiederfahren.

Die Kautschukbänder haben nicht gepasst, zudem ist die Rückerstattung sehr mühsam verlaufen.

Absolutely disappointed with Helvetus. The strap looked nothing like the photos on the website and arrived directly from China after weeks of delay. Quality felt cheap, fitment was poor, and customer support kept giving automated responses instead of solving the issue. Requested a refund but never properly received it. Definitely not the premium Swiss experience they advertise.

FULLY CRAP CHEAP product only acts like a premium brand. Decided to return, but NO REFUND was received, although they kept on saying that they've processed the refund. First & LAST TIME every. DO NOT TRUST Helvetus Rubber Strap!!!

Cheap quality, poor fit and finish, Chinese bracelet. It isn't from Switzerland, it is Chinese. Same experience everyone else has had. It sounds like they won't refund the money but it seems you can't actually send "return" of suspected counterfeit goods internationally so that is a potential issue...

I filed a complaint with the FTC, Shopify, Google, FBI web crimes and I will be contacting my state government and bank.
