Stay away scam!!!

Honestly, I would give this zero stars if I could choose. Just recently got on the platform. And honestly probably will never recommend it to anybody. This is so sad you put money on it. I got up to $65 and of course I can’t redeem until 75 and that’s what they want you to do and they want you to keep putting money on it and I keep losing. After $65 everything has been dead spinning no winds and of course now I’m at zero dollars so that of course they want me to put more money in it to think that I’m gonna win my first spin. I’m probably gonna win but not $75. This is how they get you don’t play this game. DONT PLAY!!!

Verified account RESTRICTED for first-time $5k withdrawal (TID 3305636)

​I am a high-volume player being treated with absolute bad faith by HelloMillions (B-Two Operations Limited). I attempted to redeem 5,123.04 SC—my first significant withdrawal.
​Per their request, I provided physical card verification for cards. My dashboard explicitly shows these cards as "VERIFIED." However, the exact moment the verification was completed, HelloMillions manually RESTRICTED my account, effectively locking my funds and preventing the withdrawal.
​I spent over an hour in live chat with an agent (Kevin) who refused to provide a reason for the restriction, refused to escalate the matter to a supervisor, and repeatedly used "Privacy and Security" scripts to stall.
​This is a textbook "unjustifiable delay" in violation of MGA Player Protection Regulations (Directive 2 of 2018). It is predatory behavior to accept thousands in deposits only to lock the front door when a player wins.
​I have filed a formal dispute with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and will be updating this review daily until TID 3305636 is resolved and my funds are released. High rollers: Beware. They love your money, but they hate your winnings.

​Update: HelloMillions replied to this review claiming they "already sent a response." Just to be clear to anyone reading this: their "response" was simply another generic email stating my case (TID 3315679) was "escalated" to an investigations team. They have provided absolutely zero answers, no timeline, and no actual resolution. They are still withholding my legitimate redemption of 5,123.04 SC without cause. Posting a reply here to look good publicly while continuing to stall in private is a terrible way to do business. Process the payout.

So I'm in the middle of trying to get a redemption from these guys and at first everything went fine when I did my redemption and then 8 hours later they told me my redemption was declined by the service provider or something I don't stand it at all and when I tried to talk to the live chat I guess that's nothing but AI so it was like pulling teeth. I ended up spending $200 of my redemption but I'm praying that they will pay out the next time I try and I'm not going to try until tomorrow cuz Lord knows all I need to do is trigger something. I never would have thought this casino would have screwed around like this!

I enjoy in the beginning where they give you really good deals on sweepstakes packages that come with the gold coins you msome of them are 200% extra in the beginning and then it sort of falls off you know and not that they're doing a bad job at it. Legitimately Unprofitable

I play on about 10 casinos consistently, and 5 others inconsit. I start by buying small priced deals and move up based on approx win ratio. I can honestly say this is my last casino where I have never even considered purchasing larger amounts. I don't know why, but 100X feels like a thousand here. The first time I cashed out $1000 it…

The first time I cashed out $1000 it was in my bank account the next day! Now that I am cashing out over $5k it’s been silence. I had to reach out to them and was told my same card I play with and the same card they paid me on needs verified. Weird! After getting it verified again now I still get the same excuse that I need to verify my card after I show screenshots then the agent switches to the same lie about 3-5 days but I’m on day 6! and the emails said 48hrs after verified I will get my money but still have zero from them! Every response is scripted and help takes days to get its such a distasteful and disappointing experience with hello millions. It’s a scam they will not pay you if you win big! Stay away from this company!
