My account was locked after I won $277. Deposit: $100. Withdrawal showed “Successful,” but next day my account was permanently closed with no explanation. Support refuses to say why or release my $277. This is unfair — you take deposits but block withdrawals when users win. Release my winnings immediately or I will file complaints with my bank, BBB, and consumer protection agencies. Case details available.

Only been on this site since 4/10 and would give 0 stars if I could. I have played 3 sessions losing a total of $1000 game in amount on the 3 sessions. This does not include the little piss money you may get here and there with matching items in a game. After all that I have not been able to redeem any amount. You have no chance of winning anything here. They just take and take. Playing from 1.50 bet, $2, $3, and a few $5 spins. The games hardly ever trigger free spins. Today's session lasted about 1.5 hours with 2 deposits and got free spins once giving me $102 on a $5 bet after eating over $300. The only consistency at this site is losing. Once you finally get a hold and win at the higher bet (only $5)the amounts are minute compared to what they've taken from you. You spin longer at the higher amount while the game takes your money faster and if you're lucky to get a bonus trigger you win less than what you did at the lower bet. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! You'll just be throwing your money away like I did. This site is a joke on the customers, set up to rob you blind. There's no such thing as RNG here, they just lie like the rest of these social sites and I'll be glad if they ever shut them down in the US!!

You won’t get anything but a whole lot of trash from their AI that does nothing but waste your time then when you ask for a real person youll get anywhere from a wait list of 40-85 people ahead of you and they expect you to sit and wait for 9 hours on them to show up so you leave they pop on say hi looks like your not here we’re ending this conversation and you start all over! Hello millions is a scam

Casino ripped me off 300 bucks do not play it. The customer service sucks and you can add money to your account but when it comes time to withdrawal it though all of a sudden say you have multiple accounts and steals your money and starts your vip access over. Never again

Greedy and not Sweepstakes

Stake and all major platforms offer a daily login sweepstakes bonus entry as well as AMOE. Hellomillions and its affiliates suddenly decide they won’t offer the spare change daily bonus if you aren’t depositing constantly.

If HM can’t give a couple cents daily bonus it’s totally not in line with any industry standard. I would have deposited today for the current promotion offered, but their removal of SC daily sweepstakes entries when not depositing made me never want to use them again. Would rather use any one if a thousand other sweepstakes that aren’t so greedy

I used to love hello millions

I used to love hello millions. Until I won about $2,000. I went to redeem after already cashing out multiple times. And they declined it. They said they didn’t have an explanation but to cancel the redemption and try again. I did what they said and nothing happened. I emailed multiple times in a row and called and they haven’t helped me at all. I canceled my redemption and lost $1,000 because that was their plan the whole time. I should have had my $2,000 today but nope!!! They don’t want to answer my emails and help and they are messing with my head and my money. They have lost a loyal customer and I want my money now.

I would give them a 5 stars but they started waiting longer to approve my redemptions. They use to have it approved within 24 hours but now it takes longer.
