Customer support is unresponsive

Customer support is unresponsive. I've been playing for a while and had worked my way up through the levels and daily coin gifts. Suddenly, I'm at level one and I'm no longer getting daily gifts. Customer support is not answering, it's been 5 days. I have no idea what's going on. Very disappointing.

I couldn't log in to my original account so ask you guys to delete it. so I could create a new one we'll I won on that knew one and you guys restricted my new account and just said to hell with u guys so I don't play there any more

Used to be my favorite site to play on, I literally deposit daily for months. I have cashed out 3 times before this incident with no issues. I have a huge tiktok following and even referred a bunch of people. Rewind back to the beginning of march..I win around 1k, played it down to $600 then cashed out. It lingers as pending until the 12th! I then receive an email I need to verify the cards I have used to deposit 🙄 although they have never asked for this before the multiple times I cashed out over a span of 7 months..I sent them both in..now fast forward until yesterday (March 24th) they finally respond and say everything should be good within 72 hours if not, write them back..I have a feeling ill never see this money just like the others that went through this. Not a good way to treat customers who spend a ton of money on their site. It makes no sense to me and I shouldn't have to wait a month for a withdraw. You take my money instantly with no issues, my cards are good enough then! Also since this happened I haven't received random coin drops, when prior to this, I would get them every couple days (not the daily login bonus, its something extra). I am also just below the highest tier on there. So disappointed with them and really miss playing on there, I won't spend a dime until I get whats owed to me. There are numerous people on reddit with the same issues, its really sad. Other than this issue, this was the only site I played on..They have always been good to me..The only thing I cant stand is if you are playing with SC a GC jackpot spin should not even be an option, that annoys me so bad. Why would I want fake coins? I just deposited a hundred or more to receive fake coins 🤦‍♀️ its an insult and so is the wheel with certain packages, you get $1 to $3 max everytime so if you play on there, get the package that gives you more coins, the wheel is bogus. Hellomillions, do your customers right before you lose them all!

Less than 2¢ a day if you log in every day for a week!! It’s pretty funny that, instead of completely eliminating SC from their daily log in, Hello Milions will generously give out a dime on day 7. I’d recommended checking underneath vending machines for loose change as a faster way to accumulate dimes.

Did not give me any SC

Did not give me any SC with my purchase. Gia from Customer Service told me id be able to play games and purchase SC if I left my restricted state, they accepted payment but they did not give me the SC. She lied to me. Customer service has had terrible response times since and has given me conflicting information about why they accepted my money. Ill be doing a charge back but disappointed that they have gotten so bad recently.
