Smooth, Fast, and Legit

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but it ended up being a pretty smooth experience. The slot games are fun, and everything works the way it should. No weird glitches or anything like that.
Deposits were easy, and cashing out didn’t give me any issues, which is honestly the biggest thing for me with these types of sites.
Overall, it’s a good platform if you’re just trying to have some fun. Just don’t go crazy and keep it within your limits.

Won big and got locked out of my account

Absolute horrible customer service .. I won big playing blackjack and had 2k in my account and it randomly gets locked and I’ve been locked out of my account for 3 weeks and have had customer service take days to respond. Everytime they respond it’s like starting the conversation all over again. None of them have given me a reason why my account was locked and I still have 2k just sitting on my locked account. Probably won’t ever be able to get access back to it either. What a crooked site DO NOT USE !!

Still can't upload verification…

Still can't upload verification documents so my redemptions can be processed. No one replies. I have left messages for days. I wait for hours just for live chat. I have tried everything it's a glitch on there side. It says in verified and no documents are needed. But there emails say I need to submit copies of the front and back of my card I used to purchase my schedule coins.

If you get a good win streak you best step away for a considerable period of time . Speed , frequency , odds change to keep you paying . Payouts drops dramatically.

I am completely unsatisfied and unimpressed with hello millions platform. I have been trying for a week to close my account. I keep getting responses from different people saying almost the same thing. Asking g my reason which I put in my request. Once I tell them my reason communication stops. I have even asked to speak to someone in management and still no response. Almost feels like they are holding my account hostage for some reason. I definitely do not recommend this platform. By far the worst of all the atforms I use !

I've spent more money on this site than…

I've spent more money on this site than probably anyone else. 4 to 5 deposits a day sometimes- with 0% RTP!!! I spend $50 - $100 and they flat out dont care that it's illegal for them to freaking take, take, take and give "0" in return! I complain and ask nicely for them to take me off the "NO WIN LIST" but it doesn't do any good. I have hours of recorded play showing that they are paying 0% and Im about to find where to send so they can see what it feels like to get screwed...and DONT BOTHER REPLYING- ITS NOTHING BUT BS AND LIES!

Extremely tight slots. Spent around 500$ and never seen a bonus or a win bigger than 2$. I paid for bonus games and had 0$ return haha this sight is definitely too tight for me. No enjoyable play at all. Good luck to you guys

If you want to get money deposited to your account after you win, don't spend money here. I waited for a week after my redemption was approved, and then it was randomly canceled. Tried again and the same thing (after it was approved and processed). Don't spend money here.

Used to be good. Now they're horrible.

They don't take care of loyalty players even tho they have a loyalty program.

The customer support is ass it takes 3 days to get a response from them. And then you end up waiting weeks to finally resolve issues.

Place sucks so bad now. Just save your time and money.

Yeah your 24/7 Chat that im 40th in line for like I have hours to wait. Then when you leave it and check back, if you dont respond in 3-5 mins your chat gets closed. Now youre 40th in line again.

How come you guys can answer a trustpilot review in under 20 mins yet it takes me days to get a email, hours to get a support chat??! Literally replied to me within 15 mins is insane! Thanks for proving my point Hazel!

Wow! Thank you guys for actually taking some accountability, seems you just post whatever generic replies to posts on Trustpilot.

At least you guys admitted and took accountability, that goes a long way. I will bump it up to 2 stars. But seriously it's taken me over 9 days to resolve issues.

Another thing, you guys literally don't read my replies to the email. Like, you give me a $5 credit to play and I say I'll try it out, then go ahead and leave my account restricted. Then I'm waiting 3 more days for a reply, saying my $5 was on there and to play it, so I log on and once again it's restricted. I said that In my email 3 times before the restriction finally got lifted today, 9 days after my initial inquiry.

I will bump this to 2 stars for the accountability and the fact that you guys actually read the reviews on here.
You guys just suck.
