I spoke with online customer service who was helpful as she could be.

Items missing from box
We checked the delivery when we got back from work and found two days were missing the meat portion and one portion of cream cheese. I will have to go to town and replace them.
I messaged the chat bot and it acknowledged the problem and credited my account.

As a family of 4 we were excited to try…
As a family of 4 we were excited to try hello fresh. We placed our order to be delivered Tuesday and had planned our meals from then for the week, unfortunately, we received an email Tuesday afternoon telling us our food delivery has been postponed to Wednesday, so we made other dinner arrangements. Received another email Wednesday afternoon to say it has been postponed again and will deliver the order Thursday. This was very disappointing as we had not done a big food shop for the week as we had ordered hello fresh for our meals . So again, we had to rush and make other dinner plans. I rang customer service and cancelled our food order and asked for a refund. Which was granted. Customer service representative was very apologetic and helpful!

First ever order - never arrived - confusing experience
First ever order. Got an email on the day of arrival saying that due to logistics issue it would be delivered the next day (important note). I contacted their chat, which was an AI bot, explaining the email and asking what the issue was, chat bot was useless and couldnt understand why the food wasnt delivered. I rang their helpline, lady was not really bothered but i did get a refund and 10€ credit (only after i complained), but the bizarre and worst thing is I never got an enail saying my food wasn’t being delivered the next day. If i hadnt have been bothered to call them, i would have been waiting another day for food that was never shipped. On the call they said there was a technical glitch and that my food was not going to be delivered at all this week. Then i get another email today asking for this review and how my food is? Very poor setup, only reason im not giving 1 star is because i got a refund and 10€ credit. Seriously considering just cancelling as if this is the first order ever and this is the hassle, i dont think its worth it.

Extremely poor experience. I was a first time user and my delivery did not arrive. On questioning I was simply told that there had been a technical issue, viz; it had not been prepared.

I liked it but I would have liked if it…
I liked it but I would have liked if it had more meat...it was as if the meal was bulked up with veg....the seasoning was good and so the meal was tasty but not restaurant standard.
The ingredients that was supplied for the 2nd meal didn't tally with the receipe so..but the staff member that i dealt with at the help desk was very competent and the issue was resolved..
