We rarely have any problems with Hello Fresh, it almost always arrives on time, well packed with ice and with all the required ingredients. We find it very handy to cook, very occasionally a meal is a bit fiddly with too many moving parts, but overall the food is excellent and I often recommend it to friends. My experience with HelloFresh has been very disappointing. In our recent delivery, the peppers arrived mouldy, but far worse was the pre-diced chicken: it contained sharp bone fragments that nearly caused a severe choking injury.

Food is beautiful but the service could be improved. I still can't claim my salt & pepper mills because it says the codes provided are invalid. Had the same issue a few years ago with a similar offer. Also, the first 2 meals from this week's dinners were missing important ingredients for the meals. The prawn bariyani was missing the north Indian spice mix and chicken and Lebanese flatbread was missing sriracha sauce, both were probably the most important ingredients for the meals. Disappointed, especially for the price of it.

I have cancelled this subscription successfully. I have contacted hello fresh several times. Yesterday they assured me that my subscription had been cancelled and I was removed from all emails. Today another email asking to pay for my upcoming delivery.
I’m now escalating this and contacting consumer affairs. They are a menace and now they’re going to pay for it.

My wife and I have been using hello fresh for 6 months now. We have yet to be disappointed with a meal. The portions are perfect, ingredients are fresh, on the rare occasion that there is an issue i.e where something is missing we have gotten in contact and we have received a credit within minutes, there is little to no food waste and we have yet to have the same meal twice. It definitely saves us money on the grocery shopping which is a massive benefit these days. The box always arrives fresh and the contents are always still cold when we unpack them, even on occasions where we will both be at work and the box is not unpacked until well into the evening. Our favourite thing about HelloFresh is that it take all the fuss of wondering what to make for dinner and having to think about and decide what to make. Instead of having tons different options to sort through in our minds and fuss over, we have our meal and instructions ready to go and just have a handful of options to choose from. We have also found that it have really lessened how much we go for a takeaway option. The food is always available in the fridge and the longest time it has taken to cook a meal is 50 mins and the estimated time to cook is pretty much bang on. Every meal comes with a recipe and instruction page that is easy to follow. My wife and I are both quite good in the kitchen but the instructions that come with the meals make it so anyone can feel like they are a professional chef and when the meal is cooked and plated up it genuinely does look and taste like something you would be more than happy to pay for in a restaurant. The selection of meals and availability for different diets is amazing. HelloFresh will be something we will be using well into the future

This companies vision is not to be taken lightly and to accomplish what they are doing with an ability to go the extra mile and be value for money while not being cheap is an absolute miracle. This company shouldnt work in a world wjrr i can get my groceries delivered for the same service fee, i can have fast food brought to my door for a fraction of the service fee being a customer of hello fresh does feel rebellious at times. Why? This world that slams use of single use of plastic and carbon emissions from logisitics co (blah blah blah) makes it very easy to criticise any kind of production line such as this; but the model just works, i also have extra, always have leftovers, if im not in the mood to follow a recipe the herbs and spices left from incomplete recipes are easily added with perfect portions making being creative with cooking fool proof. The app: ive been swayed by other offers g, etc but the technology lets it down, ive been on them websites for a matter of seconds and just thought ewww, no no because hello fresh app does it so well. I dont always update options but i rarely get something I cannot stomach its been nearly a year and ive had one or two recipes repeated i could honest to god go on about hello fresh forever it has changed my standard working week and i now spend hald the amount at the supermarket and get 10000 times better quality than i could ever get in the regualar supply chain. Right now i cannot imagine ever cancelling hello fresh as the 10 bucks in service fee for bettwr products and nutritional guidance is money well spent. Best company for ingenuity, customer service and business accumen this side of the 2000's. Well Done HF xxxxxxx
