Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing! From start to finish held health have been great, the team of people dealing with my daughters assessments have been incredibly helpful and supportive. I knew exactly where I was with everything, I had no delays with appointment times. I honestly can’t fault them at all. Thankyou to each and every one of them, for making it such a seamless process.

Positive Review

Held Health has been great for my 2 children. Both recieved a combined adhd diagnosis. My daughter is hopefully being assessed for asd even with Mental Health issues. And that is amazing. I dont really have a bad word to say about Held Health,.only that when we started with journey last july the communications wasnt great, hence the 4* but since then, communication has been great no issues. The reports I have recieved for both children have been very detailed. The wait for mediation has been an easy process too.

My first experience of Held Health was…

My first experience of Held Health was pretty positive, the process was easy to understand and things moved forward quite quickly. We were advised to come back for a second assessment and since that moment everything has been rather challenging. Communication has been very poor and we have been asked to provide additional information/evidence at short notice when this could have been sought in the early stages had my emails and calls been answered and dealt with.
I am still waiting for an appointment for assessment and hopeful this will not take too much longer:

However, we're sorry to learn that your experience since being referred for a second assessment has not met the standard you rightly expected.

We understand how frustrating it can be to feel that communication has been lacking, particularly when requests for additional information are made at short notice. The information was requested as a separate assessment was requested and we wanted to ensure that we had the most up to date information regarding your childs circumstances in order to best assist them. We should have made it clearer that if there were no changes to circumstances for further forms were required. We appreciate your feedback regarding this, as we recognise that earlier communication and clearer coordination could have helped make the process smoother for you and your family.

Over recent months, we have experienced significant growth in demand for our services, but we fully acknowledge that this should not impact the experience of the families we support. To address this, we have recruited additional members to our support team, reopened our phone lines, and are currently reviewing our communication processes to improve responsiveness and ensure families receive timely updates throughout their journey.

We would also welcome the opportunity to better understand your experience and review where things may have fallen short. A member of our team will be reaching out directly to discuss your feedback and provide an update regarding your assessment pathway.
