Went to buy an eternity ring.Fantastic service with Rishwa ,Professional,friendly and very knowledge able.
No pressure,she gave us pleanty of her time to browse and try lots of designs. Nothing was too much trouble.Found the most beautiful ring amongst a huge selsction and also left 2 of my rings to be updated and remade .
Collected yesterday and am so happy with all three rings.
We would most definitely recommend and wouldn't go elsewhere!

We have had such a lovely shopping experience with Pooja at Heera Diamonds today. We arrived at Hatten Garden with very little idea of what we were looking for both of our wedding bands. She was so patient in talking through the options of bands and really listened to what we liked and didn’t liked. She was also able to help us get exactly what we wanted within our budget.

Dimpl & Anita - They was amazing I walked into this shop and was immediately greeted with a drink and a smile. Felt homely straight away, I wanted to buy an engagement ring with little to no idea on diamond or anything. They taught me so much and are open to any questions how stupid they may sound. Dimpl took over as Anita had other customers but the service was amazing from both (best service I have had previously visiting other shops). The quality of the ring is top-notch and the time for the ring to be made was just on time for when I wanted which was amazing. 10/10 For Heera and 1000/10 for Anita and Dimpl.

Excellent aftercare service, purchased a ring a few weeks ago, decided it needed to be slightly bigger. Took ring back in, spoke with the manager who arranged for the ring to be resized same day at no extra cost. Would highly recommend using Heera staff are really knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.

Dimple and Anita have been excellent in helping source the most perfect engagement ring and out wedding bands.

Both Dimple and Anita were very good and extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. They were very knowledgeable about diamonds and we felt very confident. They went above and beyond for us to pick up our jewellery on the same day. We would highly recommend Heera.

Dimple at heera was amazing! She was incredibly patient and kind. Couldnt have asked for better service!

Took over 2 months to customise a ring that they promised would take half that. Required numerous chasers from myself to get any form of update or progress on the ring. Further to this the finish on the ring was poor with dents and faults in the finish. Poor, avoid at all costs.

I was browsing in the shop window before being approached by Dimple, a member of ther sales team who was extremely courteous asking what I was looking for and offering me advice.
After taking a seat she showed me some great options taking into account my budget. She was nice enough to go to their other shops in order to give me more options until I found exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was excellent and if I come back to Hatton garden then I will be paying a visit to Dimple at Heera jewellers.

The product is excellent quality and size fits perfect. The only thing is service could be better. They don’t answer WhatsApp or emails. You should only call them. No shipping notifications
