My husband bought me a beautiful diamond ring last year from Heera, Hatton Garden, which I love. I thought something was wrong with it as I spotted a strange white mark, so took back to the shop to be examined. We were greeted warmly by AK would put our minds at rest and arranged for the ring to be sent to the workshop. In the meantime my husband had promised me diamond earrings to match 👍AK showed me an array of solitaire earrings and then had a hooped earring with drop diamond sent over. I tried them on but had difficulty with putting in my right ear🤦‍♀️ Bless her, AK calmly and patiently did it for me, above and beyond. I loved the earrings and AK gave us a good deal, so happily purchased. Thank you.

After walking up and down Hatton garden I found these guys on the way back , by far the best experience I had. Very friendly and knowledgeable and helped to design a ring from scratch and was also able to help produce loose diamonds. Their knowledge is priceless and all employees are a credit to the company.
