Great deal and service. After doing lots of reserching in almost all other shops, i found the best deal here. They gave me an incredible deal for a set of custom made wedding and engagement rings. Came into Heera diamonds to purchase an engagement ring with only a picture of type of ring I wanted and a very short timeframe (my own fault for leaving it late). Dimple and team were absolutely amazing and managed to not only deliver exactly what I was looking for within the time frame, but also at great value and outstanding communication and customer service throughout. Also offered a totally free resizing service after I had slightly underestimated the ring size for a surprise proposal. If I can give this a zero I would, I've contacted this place about 10 times, I bought my perent a £300 ring on hogmanay of 2021, and it has a fracture break in half, mum took it to a jeweler and they said it had looked like a solder gone wrong or a piece had fallen out. I've called and emailed the heera group and no one has got back to me, all I got was in a text.. I will call back, I replied is this heera group, they replied YES. and then nothing days later.

I am so happy I decided to go to Heera Diamonds for my wedding dress. My dress is absolutely stunning and the service Elliot and his team provided was amazing. Due to covid, I had multiple cancellations and visits at Heera Diamonds. Each visit was an absolute pleasure. There is a wide range of beautiful dresses all housed in a new refurbished viewing room.

Do not buy***** initially Heera diamonds were super helpful with choosing our wedding bands but when it came to the final fitting for my fiancé’s wedding band, they actually made it the wrong size despite the correct size written on the invoice.

I contacted Dimple but no response to explain what has happened. Not only have we received poor communication, they have also charged us for amending the ring size that they did WRONG.

In addition to this situation, when my fiancé came in to get his ring amended, 3 of the employees who were free, did not serve him and when a couple walked in, one of them attended straight away to the couple. Lack of customer service - ridiculous!!

Do not recommend.

We came to visit Dimple at Heera Diamonds a few times to try on engagement rings and she was always very helpful. I had changed my mind of the style of ring I thought I wanted so I wasn’t sure what I wanted and Dimple helped me decide by showing me lots of different styles. She also great helping us understand the clarity cut etc.

After a few years (and easily over 100 diamonds) of searching for the perfect Fancy Yellow diamond, we came across Heera and met with the wonderful Toby! He knew exactly what we were looking for and on the budget too, Toby showed us around 8 different Fancy Yellow diamonds in Cushion and Radiant cuts. We quickly discovered we preferred the Radiant cuts, which we had not come across in other shops. We booked in the following week with the wonderful Toby and he showed us more Radiant cut diamonds and explained the stones to us very well, being very factual and discussing different settings as well and being very clear about prices. Their prices are very reasonable and they are mindful of budgets, which we appreciated.

Toby is a GIA certified Gemologist and is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about all diamonds, especially fancy coloured diamonds. He was not pushy at all, and in fact we have made good friends with him (we liked his personality so much, we invited him to our wedding before purchasing my dream engagement ring and matching band from him). He has a heart of gold and truly is a diamond.
He found us the perfect diamond and he personally chose all the surrounding diamonds on my custom setting and wedding band to make sure it was perfect. We have found our life long jeweler and a lifelong friend with Toby. We would recommend Toby and Heera diamonds to everyone and we have recommended them to many people already.

We first heard about Heera
Diamonds in Hatton Garden in August 2018. This is where we we told them what design we wanted for my engagement ring and they did an amazing job of combining two rings into one from scratch, the service there was great at the time it was fantastic no complaints whatsoever and 4 years later we return to get our wedding rings from Heera.

We met Jimmy this year and from the moment we met him he was warm and very welcoming and friendly, he genuinely took an interest in what we were looking for in our wedding rings. At no time did we ever feel rushed or pressure been put on us to make a decision, we asked him if certain things were possible if wanted to add or change the bands and he was always honest to say if it was possible or not. We placed an order for our wedding rings to be made which took about 6 weeks and went to collect them over the weekend.

Unfortunately, my wedding band was not the order l had placed and I told Jimmy this. He told me that he was very sorry that this had happened and it would be sorted out today so we could leave with our wedding rings on Saturday. On top of that l had to get my engagement ring resized and cleaned as it had not been cleaned for 4 years. Jimmy was so accommodating and assured me my wedding ring would be ok. He brought out several diamond wedding rings that l liked and myself and my partner picked another one and this was sent to the workshop along with my engagement ring to be resized and cleaned.

We were told to give it a few hours ago, when we came back it was not ready which was fine as we didn't want the work to be rushed. During this time Jimmy was keeping us updated on the progress. When we finally got my engagement ring and wedding ring l was lost for words as my engagement ring looked brand new and the diamond wedding band was so beautiful and it complimented my engagement ring.

We can honestly say that Jimmy is a man of his word, he is very knowledgeable about diamonds and will support you with what you can afford, there is a diamond for your price range. Jimmy will work with you to give you the best quality and price to suit your budget, from start to finish he will look after you and ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

There are so many diamond shops in Hatton Garden and believe me l have gone to many of them and a lot of them are only interested in you if your going to buy from them on that day and are very pushy. That is something that we are not interested in. Heera is completely different, they are caring, understanding and supportive, you are respected and we feel like we are part of the Heera family. I also have to say that the quality of the diamonds are superb quality. We highly recommend that you visit Heera if you are ever in Hatton Garden as you won't regret it.

We personally want to thank Jimmy from the moment we met you, the way you looked after us was exceptional and the service we have received is impeccable. Because of this, as long as Heera is in business we will only be coming to you for our next diamonds and we have already been telling all our friends and family. Thank you for looking after me so well with my replacement wedding ring, l will never forget it and appreciate all that you did on that day.
