I had my first experience with Heera today and while I was not able to purchase anything today, I had quite possibly one of the best customer service experiences by Liana today. She was an absolute blessing to be served by and made sure my experience would be fulfilled to the max. I would have definitely purchased had the circumstances matched as the jewellery and Liana were both lovely, however due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to. I will most definitely return and can’t wait to be greeted by Liana again. I can’t express how remarkable her assistance was to me, she definitely deserves a pay rise haha! Nonetheless, the experience as a whole was a solid 5 stars

Amazing customer service! Both myself and daughter purchased rings from this jeweller. They have a vast range of options and are fairly priced. I had been looking for a particular style of ring for ages but couldn’t seem to find what I was looking for in the neighbouring shops. I happened to look into HEERA’s shop window and there it was! I will definitely use them again.

Served by Geneva who was very friendly and so helpful when purchasing a new chain. I was a little indecisive on what choice to make and Geneva had great patience in assisting as I made my final choice. Great service and would definitely return for my next purchase.

Shopping for an engagement ring around Hatton Garden is a minefield, with so many places to choose from.

Geneva was amazing from the moment I walked into the Heera store however. She was very informative, helpful and didn’t try to “push” me at any point - which wasn’t the same experience everywhere!

Unsurprisingly, I choose to purchase a lovely Diamond Engagement ring from them and got a very fair price for the stone that I was buying.

I couldn’t recommend Geneva highly enough.

Can’t wait to pop the question now!

Great service from Heera, Rishwa in particular was very helpful from the start. I will be shopping in Heera again for any future jewellery! They will tell you all you need to know about a diamond if you are not sure of what you want and are always willing to help!

My lady friend had been hinting at a black diamond ring for months.
I’m not too clued up on jewellery but Jimmy couldn’t have been more helpful. He also worked to a tight schedule that I had and gave me a free ring resizing. Which I’m about to take him up on!

I was looking through out Hatton gardens for a birthday present from my boyfriend when we stumbled into Heera. We was greeted by Charles who went totally above and beyond running to different stores to find the exact ring I was picturing in my head, down to showing me the amendments I can make to make it perfect. Just had the call that it is ready and I’m so excited to go and pick it up! Would reccomend so much :)

Heera Diamonds provided us with both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. The service was impeccable, the whole team are super friendly and helpful but a special mention must go to Jimmy.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with a jeweller based in the States for the initial engagement ring and I found it all very upsetting. We came to see Jimmy at Heera and he immediately put the smile back on my face and turned the situation around, providing us with the most beautiful ring. There was no doubt in our minds we would be returning for our wedding bands! A very special thank you must go out to Jimmy and the team at Heera. I would highly recommend them!
