Absolutely delightful experience and amazing service from Dimple. We were looking for a bespoke diamond ring to mark my wife’s 50th birthday. We were guided through the design process with care, they expedited manufacture so we could have it for her party, and we’ve ended up with a stunning piece of jewellery which my wife loves. Wonderful.

It was the second shop I went to on my Anniversary as I lost my previous wedding band on holiday and it was such a delight to go ring shopping with my husband and on the day of our anniversary with excellent customer services from Heera’s jewellery to give me exactly what I was looking for as other shops could not do it for me.

Our sales person was Rishwa who was lovely and very attentive to my needs she was happy and willing to look into what I wanted and delivered to me something a previous store could not.

Finally found the perfect engagement ring which my finance bought for me luckily haha. It's beautiful, I believe he said Dimple helped him at the store. She did an amazing job. Grateful to have people like her at Heera :)

Absolutely rubbish! Do not buy. Brought my wedding ring and band from here. Was served by AK she was nice initially when buying the rings however, once the wedding band was put on within two months the diamond came off and the ring had a crack. We went straight back and for her and this Jimmy guy was saying how something heavy would have made it cracked - absolute nonsense! How can a good quality metal ring crack within 2 months and loose its diamond but my engagement ring that I have been wearing for over one year nothing happened. Clearly a manufacturer fault and they were refusing and kept blaming me. Absolutely disgusting and cheap from Heera’s. 100% would never recommend or buy from here. Terrible service afterwards - they are happy to take payment and fob you off after.

What a wonderful experience from start to the end with Natacha and Elliot! And their new staff member that I have forgotten her name! They've looked after us from our first conversation right through to the end when we picked up the rings. I would recommend their service especially when dealing with buying a sentimental life long jewellery

Bought a solitaire ring four years ago and returned to get an insurance valuation. Service from Jimmy was excellent and professional. Will definitely be returning when we need an upgrade
