What a great experience of buying our wedding bands from Heera we had! AK (a very lovely lady!) was excellent from the start, helping us to chose our rings and providing useful advice with excellent communication throughout.

We originally bought our rings in 2020 but our Santorini wedding was delayed until 2022 due to Covid. We returned for engraving in 2023 and our wedding bands were returned to us with engraving and polished as good as new. We would absolutely recommend AK and Heera for top quality service and perfect quality wedding bands.

Dimple is such a lovely person, very helpful from the start till when I collected the ring. She is the reason why I chose Heera to begin with. Other staff are also very welcoming and pleasant. The bespoke ring I bought from Heera was so perfect and elegant that I could not believe it. I came from another jeweller and I had to cancel my order when I picked it up cause the quality of the diamond was questionable and they told me that I had to add almost 2K GBP just to improve the quality. I made the best decision to buy my engagement ring from Heera as their diamonds are not overpriced and shady and the quality is what you get.

Wonderful customer care from Natasha, who helped us choose a beautiful engagement ring, and was so supportive and helpful during the whole process. She found a gorgeous teal sapphire for us, and was as excited as we were about the whole process of designing the ring. We would recommend her very highly!

Very poor experience buying from Heera. I can only warn others, if you deal with DIMPLE, expect poor communication and reply’s with 👍 only. As soon as I placed the order and paid, it went downhill. I had to chase to get the design, then I had no feedback from Dimple after asking to change a few things. I chased over approx 2 weeks and then decided to call into Heera office. I was told the ring had gone into production, but I never approved the design and it would be ready weeks after the date I agreed with Dimple. When Dimple decided to reply, it was just 👍, it was evident she didn’t care much.

On collection, I asked to deal with someone else as I lost all trust in Dimple. On collection, the diamond was GIA certified, so as the certificate and diamond matched, I was happy. The ring quality was OK, after exiting the shop and going to other diamond dealers, asking for examples of real ring quality, they were much superior, but I’ve signed the Heera collection form so I can’t do anything now!

Frankly speaking, what could of been a pleasant experience ended up being a big Disappointment.

Would I recommend Heera? Probably not, for a company with 7 branches, who leave their staff to communicate on wattsapp only, don’t answer emails and don’t have a policy to communicate with customers when your advisor goes on holiday, is a function of their size.

I recommend going to the other shops in the area, the small dealers will provide a better customer experience and I have recommended the same to friends who are embarking on getting engaged to avoid Heera diamonds.

Had the most amazing experience making my bespoke eternity ring. Thanks to Dimple, and the entire team were so warm and kind. had a slight delay because of all that I wanted in the ring but it was truly worth the wait, I totally LOVE it. ❤️
