Kay and Nina were instrumental in assisting me in designing a bespoke custom made engagement ring that was absolutely perfect. The end product was far beyond any expectation I had and the service throughout was some of the best I’ve ever experienced in any industry. I don't normally write reviews but these guys were so good I just had to. We bought an engagement/wedding ring and the service from Sam was exceptional. He went out of his way both in showing us rings and in making sure they were available for us to pick up the following day.

We returned 2 years after buying our wedding bands from Antonio, to purchase an eternity ring for the wife. Gemma greeted us warmly, was extremely helpful and we walked away with a lovely ring and a happy wife. All the staff are excellent. Highly recommended place!

All thanks to dimple my brother is now stress free, he was so paranoid about not being able to find a ring but thanks to dimple we got the most perfect ring.

What can I say - Ikky was remarkable! Having used several retailers in Hatton Garden, I popped into Heera diamonds on the off chance. Ikky was a pleasure. They were incredibly competitive and simply beat all the quotes I had received from all the other stores. I had a plane to catch and they fast tracked everything. The additional communication, photos, production updates etc via WhatsApp were an added bonus. My messages were responded to within minutes which is exactly what I want when spending a large amount of money. Frankly, I will only be using Heera from now on. Can’t say enough good things about Ikky and the service.

Charlie was really helpful . I was feeling quite nervous and he put me at ease right away. He really listened to me and was very helpful coming up with new designs and ideas . I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was a bit nervous as I haven't ever bought bespoke jewelry before and it being an engagement ring I felt a lot of pressure to get it right.

However Jenny was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was kind and patient and genuinely cared.

We were in Hatton Garden over Xmas break - I was interested in a small natural diamond pendant. Rishwa immediately understood my needs and was able not only to supply a very high quality stone at a competitive price, but within a few hours she was able to make my beautiful pendant to order.
