I am happy with the insurance I purchased but because I have an account found it difficult to double check I was adding the right insurance. Some more details when you click on each product would be good. It also didn't want to let me set up a DD so ended up paying by card which was fine but wouldn't work for everyone.

Excellent service!
Couldn't be more happy or reassured by the Customer Service from Nicola! Everything was explained, in a friendly & professional manner and she went the 'extra mile' when there was a system issue - which was investigated and fully resolved!
The whole process was easy, all questions answered and, although I hope to never need the insurance, it would be a pleasure to speak with Nicola again (hopefully the other staff are as equally genuine?!) Thank you 😊

Harry hall was amazing start to finish with the insurance. Answered all my questions I had ( which was a lot ! ) on their quick live chat and also on email. I took out my quote because the customer service was great. Thank you so much for making horsey insurance affordable as defo couldn’t afford it otherwise. Also what a perk having online free delivery and returns for their shop which I’ve used and was seamless . Defo recommended
