Cover is worthless. I took out a policy for vets fees and vets fees aren’t covered. Don’t waste your money on harry hall insurance. Just had a claim decline because only external wounds are covered. What a ridiculous policy. This is not clear when purchasing and not made apparent until you need to claim. Don’t waste your money insuring here. Certainly won’t be renewing.

Took out insurance for me and my horse and went to cancel policy as horse got sold and i no longer ride and there is a £15 cancellation fee which is more than i pay for the subscription a month. Absolutely ridiculous do not get insurance with them and be charged when you want to cancel the policy.

Claiming was very easy, I had a call within 30 minutes of submitting my paperwork to let me know that I'd missed a page. It feels like they're very quick and on the ball. Payment was in my account the next week. Really fantastic service.

Bought reins and rugs from harry hall and returns are a rip off. Returned rug as too small charged £4 for return. Then returned rubber reins as not the same as expected thin pimples to be charged £4.25 for returning a samller item and then originally cost £18.95, the returns process say they were £9.80 so only getting £5.55 refund

I am so unpressed with all the help and understanding I have received through this process. I am visually and hearing impaired and find doing any paperwork a change the team have gone the extra mile to help me fill out the paperwork and sorting out how to send X-ray..
This has been such a pleasant experience prompt in paying out. All I all a five star well deserved.

Read the small print carefully. I paid for rider insurance and believed family gold covered my child. When she fell of her pony and sustained a significant injury of her spine which has led to the permanent loss of her upper right leg and her spine being pinned. We were advised she was not covered by Harry Hall insurance. Be warned not to think your child is covered like I foolishly did

Terrible! would not recommend the company at all.

I received a pair of boots as a gift and have clearly received an odd mismatched pair or possibly seconds without stating that they are seconds. The cuts are hugely different in each boot. The measurements of the boots are apparently within the company's acceptable margin of error, because they are hand made! which is obviously a ridiculous and unacceptable response. We are talking cm's in difference not just a few mm's. Using the fact that they are handmade as an excuse for poor workmanship is appalling.
The boots are different sizes, they feel different when worn, the heights are different as you can clearly see in the total height and back panel cut - which was pointed out to me when I was wearing them. According to the company I should have noticed the difference prior to wearing, however never before have I felt the need to compare two brand new boots directly out of the packaging to check that they are the same size (I initially thought the difference in feel was to do with the newness of the leather)! The straps are also different lengths and the holes are in different places to each other - all of this clearly and obviously makes the boots look and feel different and means that they are faulty, however the company say that this is acceptable because they are hand made.
According to the company there is nothing wrong with them, which is untrue.
If I could give negative stars I would.
In all my years of wearing boots never have I purchased a pair and prior to wearing had to take measurements to check they are the same - but apparently I should have!
I have received a few email responses and have been given numerous different reasons as to why they won't allow an exchange for a matching pair or a refund. I will now be taking this complaint further due to their incredibly poor service.

I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

The perfect riding boots!

After much searching and returns to other companies, these boots (the Denton) are excellent quality, a perfect fit and such a good price compared to everywhere else. I'm delighted with them!

I find the technical side of making my claim was quite challenging as I am not confident with technology, but Donna Lyn the lady who helped me all the way through the process was very kind and patient and I feel went 'above and beyond' her role. She is certainly a credit to your company. I was extremely pleased with the outcome as because of my accident I have had to pay someone to look after my horses. It is well worth taking out Harry Hall insurance and I will be recomending HH to all my friends. Many thanks

I ordered some wellies. They are a 3 and fit in the foot but they are a terrible fit as the rubber shape at the top digs in forwards into your shin bone. Awful design. I wanted to return them but my son had unfortunately drawn on the box so they said I couldn't as they wouldn't have a box to sell them on. I am pretty sure given the scale of this company they could have found a cardboard box given I want to return as the shape actually HURTS. Won't order from them again. Wont use their membership again either. I am self employed and I have absorbed much bigger losses than a cardboard box and I don't even pay VAT yet to give an idea of the size of my business. Sometimes doing the right thing is what sets you apart from your competitors and I will mention this on my social media.

Put in a claim for a broken pelvis through my gold enhanced insurance in May. Had a lot of issues with obtaining my X-rays from the hospital but Donna was absolutely brilliant! Nothing was ever too much trouble and she kept me up to date throughout the whole process, thank you!! 5*
