I ordered this as a Valentines gift. It was supposed to have Yankee candles in it but it has fakes. It is also marketed as having roses so therefore you would assume they are real based on the price. The ones in the box are like something from Temu. I have emailed several times to say I wasn't happy but not even got a response!
Most disappointed. Avoid this cheap tad at all costs. Really disappointing poor quality product. I suspect the choclates will be white and out of date but there you go! Wish I had checked the reviews on here but was sold by a professional looking website. Most disappointing and left feleing totally ripped off!

They lie, doesn’t come as described. Not even Yankee candles, they’re some cheap make!!

Don’t order from these scammers 2 weeks ago I ordered and still nothing no confirmation email no response from the customer support or my emails from them reported for fraud to my bank

I ordered the Lindt / Yankee candle box - however, was missing chocolates and the candle was a cheaper alternative. 1 of which was half melted. Advise anyone to avoid at all costs. Very cheap, poorly put together.

Ordered a vase kind of shaped box of chocolates and a teddy for a what was at the time partner and I have emailed them 5 times to ask to cancel the order, I have had not one response. There communication is an atrocious.

Order has not been received as advisertised. A part of the order has not been received at all. No one is responding to my email enquiries.

Ordered a gift as part of my partners Christmas and arrived exactly when I had selected it to arrive! I had one happy person that night when she received this lovely hamper! Would 100% recommend

Amazing quality

Shocking customer service. They never reply to emails. Ordered a prosecco gift set. Which arrived nearly tow weeks late and it came with only one dirty glass.

I don't recommend ordering from this company. I ordered over a year ago and till today have not recieved my order or a refund! After emailing them initially I recieved what seemed like a general email to customers apologising and announcing they are under new management. They also stated that they are going through refunds which will take up to 18 days.
Months later I messaged again to follow up and to say I still haven't recieved my refund. They didn't respond at all nor refund me. Waste of time & money. I just came across their website again after searching for gifts and remembered hence the late review but I thought ppl should know not to order.
Date was July 19. 2024. Can't put that on.

Absolutely awful company, bought a rose bouquet for my mum. It was late arriving, no answer to any emails. It arrived today, box dented and goods inside not worth the money paid. Can’t be bothered to take it up with them, just no point, they never answer emails.
Buy a box and make your own up, is my advice.

I placed my order well on advance and specified a delivery date for a birthday gift, the date comes and goes and no delivery! I reached out to Hamperwell and all I got back was a generic response without any hint of an apology. What is the point of specifying a delivery date if they can't be asked to adhere to that date? Products are good but they're service is shockingly awful, I know I will not use this company again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know (unless I really hate that person).

I purchased a bottle of wine that was meant to come “presented in a sophisticated HamperWell Wine Hamper Box With Magnetic Lid and Viewing Window”. It didn’t. This was the only reason I ordered it as it was a secret Santa gift. I have emailed the company several times but received no response or acknowledgment. Avoid this company

Don't buy anything from this company took my money but no items arrived emailed about 6 or 7 times no answer complete scam company.......
