My son paid £40 for a valentine's box which looks absolutely stunning on the website - arrived and opened it to be absolutely stunned by the contents - not the lovely Yankee candles in glass jars but cheap little candles in polythene wrappers - how can you get away with thinking this is acceptable. I've emailed today wanting an explanation or refund otherwise I'll be reporting your firm to Trading Standards and working in the legal profession will take this matter further

Abysmal service, missing items.
Paid for royal mail 24 for 1 to 2 day tracked delivery. No tracking information sent through, no replies from customer support, took 5 days to arrive.
Many products missing from sweet and savoury hamper (no tea, no nougat, no mixed olives, no scones, no lemon drizzle cake, no macaroons, lower quality cheese than advertised, fewer jams than advertised).
When looking back at the website they claim high review scores, but when following links to these their company cannot be found on the review website.

What a great valentines chocolate…
What a great valentines chocolate hamper, beautifully decorated and the roses were beautiful. The box was lovely and secure and I would recommend these again.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. I ordered a white lindt hamper with the white roses, and instead of receiving what I ordered, I received normal Lindt milk chocolates instead with the red roses. On top of this, the candles were some knock off version and not Yankee candles, and the roses are supposed to be 'bath petals', and they're not.. they are cheap plastic nonsense. If I knew I was going to receive the wrong chocolates and cheap plastic roses and cheap candles, I'd have saved myself the £50 odd I paid and gone to Tesco instead! Communication is appalling. Emailed 5 days ago, and no response. Absolute scam, and would advise anyone against using this terrible company.

Reasonable product, service needs improving
The product was as described and the recipient was very happy with the way it was presented. However, like other reviewers I requested a gift note to be included and it was not. Just by chance my friend sent me a photo of it so that I could confirm it was from me and not one of her other friends. Need to include a note to confirm who the gift is from!

I have just received a hamper from my partner for Valentine’s Day and i thought it was honestly a joke that I laughed.
My husband had paid £45 and it came nothing like how it looked online and not even the same brand. Do not order from this company it is absolutely terrible quality.

I had a tracking number dispatched on 8th February, I thought great , it's now 13 th February and nothing has changed,no updates ,no package received, nothing.

Wrong descriprion
NI ordered a hamperwell gift to my wife for valentines day and as of the product description, it was all right but some NOOLA candles were in the hamper instead of YANKEE candles which is wrong and i aslo sent an email to reschedule the delivery date, yet no response from them.
Overall not a bad hamper if they stick to the right product description as of website.

Shocking customer service sent an email regarding delivery information and nothing has been received says 3 days delivery and this is also paid for by the customer so you would expect at least an email,
Now I have received the item and tbh it’s not what I expected but at least it’s turned up hopefully hamperwell step up there customer service and respond to customers and also update what’s actually in the box as it said when ordering it was a 2 x Yankee candles but some other make has been supplied.
