I had an issue with a delivery that didn’t arrive. Spoke with a lovely lady called Anne who resolved the problem in no time at all. Communication was excellent. I havent used the hair products yet as they’ve only just arrived so can’t comment on those at the moment.

Customer service
I purchased some of their products from TikTok and needed to speak to them about a free gift they never sent. I have contacted them many times through private messages but have been ignored. Nobody ever responds to messages. Improvement is needed if you want to have returning customers. Very disappointed.
Update.. Eventually customer service replied to my messages to resolve the issue. Over two weeks later and again messages sent and now again no response.

HAIRBURST SUPPORT EXCEPTIONAL
My issue related to a glitch when accessing my account, no orders or subscriptions were itemised. My support assistant, Chichi, was absolutely excellent. Exchanging several emails over a period of time the support was over and above all my expectations, messages were responded to with urgency and the technical issue was finally resolved. My initial experience with Hairburst was absolute frustration, Chichi turned my software issues and personal concerns into a real positive ! Hairburst, on this occasion, was exemplary in resolving my issue and my support guide Chichi was amazing !

Io ormai acquisto da un po di tempo il siero per capelli e il tonico per il cuoio capelluto e mi trovo benissimo. Ultimamente ho ordinato le vitamine gommose probabilmente con il forte caldo ,durante il trasporto, si sono attaccate le une alle altre. L ho riferito all assistenza che mi ha mandato altre vitamine più dei regali che devo ancora ricevere, sono stati meravigliosi e gentili. Ormai sono una cliente ultra fidelizzata.

de transporte dejó mi pedido de HAIRBURST, en un local de recogida a media hora caminando desde mi casa (cuando debían traerlo a mí casa) por lo que me puse en contacto con HAIRBURST y John me dijo que me volverían a enviar el pedido directamente a mi casa y asi fue.
