I had a problem with a next day delivery not turning up on time and an eventual very late and ridiculously and dangerously placed delivery. The help I received from Customer Service was excellent, speedy, helpful and polite. They were in continued contact to sort the problem and indeed did. Cannot praise them enough. Great Company, excellent products.

I have ordered several times from Hairburst so far. This time, I had a delayed delivery, wrote to the customer service requested for an update, and they acted so quickly and they were so nice, the next morning I received my parcel. Thank you so much again, John!

I’ve only used the shampoo and conditioner twice but my hair feels lovely.. I just hope that it helps with the hair thinning and loss.

I had made an order of the hair serum and scalp massager as it had good reviews. Unfortunately my package arrived as just an empty box.
Anne has been really helpful sorting this for me and a replacement is on its way. I would not hesitate to order again.

I am very satisfied with the products i have been using them for years. Unfortunately, there was an occasion where an item was missing from my order, but customer service resolved it quickly and they were very kind.

Had a bit of an issue with trying to swap my subscription from normal vitamins to pregnancy ones for new mums. A lovely man named John helped me with this and my return, and he also offered to reimburse the money I paid to return my original item. I really appreciated all his help especially since im only 5 days postpartum. If all the staff are like him they're a lucky company.

Chichi was great! She was super attentive to my very long email. Continually replied to every question. The products she suggested arrived today, iv washed my hair and it feels soooo much better! Her advice was 100/10

I cannot comment on the product yet as after nearly 2 weeks of waiting my order has still not arrived despite paying postage. Update : Hairburst have handled my complaint so well and responded immediately. . They have refunded my postage and my products are now on the way.
