Missing items.
After receiving my box that was not sealed correctly and missing a few items.
Customer service was amazing. Quick replies and replacements sent out quickly.
I can now start my hairburst journey after loosing hair to the dreaded menopause.

Would not recommend the hair towel
I’ve been using Hairburst for years, ever since I found the brand in 2020. Recently restocked and also purchased the hair towel but really disappointed it’s not well made the button flew off after only 3 uses so I would not recommend

Ahoj! 🩷 S Hairburst mám zatím zkušenost hlavně s produkty na vlasy. Produkty mě zaujaly hlavně tím, že se mi po jejich používání vlasy zdály hezčí, jemnější a celkově se o ně lépe pečovalo. Líbí se mi také celá filozofie značky a to, že se zaměřuje na zdravější a krásnější vlasy. Hairburst mě baví a ráda bych jejich produkty vyzkoušela ještě více a podělila se o svou zkušenost i se svými sledujícími.

Customer support was excellent
Customer support was excellent. I had an issue that was due to technical error but alternative solution was offered immediatelly. The problem was solved and it all took one email and I had a refund on my card.

6 months in now with the Hairburst…
6 months in now with the Hairburst advanced vitamins and those baby hairs are definitely growing in the front hairline. Definitely a thicker ponytail now, that i suddenly noticed one day. The real plus is i had grown very self conscious of putting my hair in a bun but having had all those heatwaves which me and heat do not mix i decided to see how my hair looked putting it up again because I need my hair up to cope with heat. That is how the baby hairs became more noticeable.
Thank you one million times over and that is genuinely no exaggeration.
A godsend. A forever vitamin. Xx

All I've used for over 4 years now is…
All I've used for over 4 years now is Hairburst. My favourite hair care annd with great results. Not only that, but an anmazing customer service team too.
I ordered 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners and 2 sprays and they arrived quickly, but with one leaking shampoo. I reached out and immediately the team apologised and sent out a new one for me. Great customer service, thank you!
