Unbeatable customer support and incredible care!
Excellent customer support! I was not able to add a specific discount, so they provided a promo code. I noticed it too late after having already placed the order (to not miss the online offers), and they still sent me a refund.
It's not possible to be more serious and caring than this. Honestly, I am extremely impressed! So quick and helpful.

Great product I've been using the product for 3 months now and I can seen a difference in the growth of my hair. I have baby hairs growing at the front of my head and the length is so much better. In the last 3 months I've had to have a little trim. The results are amazing.

Great customer service to rectify my error
I stupidly put the wrong delivery address as I hadn’t realised my old address was still linked. I realised within about 5 mins of ordering and contacted customer services to either amend the address or cancel the order. Chichi responded within half an hour and was very friendly, polite and helpful. The address was amended and a new confirmation email sent confirming this straight away. Thank you so much Chichi, you made what could have been a stressful situation so straightforward.

Hairburst Advanced+ Genuine Results After 6 Months — Plus Great Customer Service
Hairburst Advanced+:
I’ve dealt with thinning hair for over a decade, with the last 6 years being the worst due to stress. I started using Hairburst’s serum, shampoo and conditioner in late 2025. They helped a little, but not enough — my ponytail had become so thin I could only use tiny bands.
After researching Hairburst Advanced+ and reading countless reviews, I finally committed in February 2026. Within weeks, I noticed reduced shedding. By June, my hairdresser showed me visible new growth lifting from the root during a blow‑dry. That was the moment I realised how much progress I’d made. Customer service:
One bottle was missing from my recent order. I contacted customer service and Chichi resolved it immediately. She arranged a replacement, kept me updated, and the communication was excellent. Really impressed with the service.
