The delivery service was excellent

The delivery service was excellent. The dishwasher arrived on time, and the delivery person was very friendly.

The product itself is fantastic. It performs exceptionally well, no food residue or streaks on the dishes, and my glasses come out sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to others.

AVOID AVOID .Would give minus if I…

AVOID AVOID .Would give minus if I could. Bought an expensive machine only 15 months ago and the concrete drum weights have snapped. Had to wait over a week for initial engineer visit for them to tell us that. Was then given appointment for week later. Then 48 hours before appointment got a text giving appointment for another day. Got appointment time night before 7.30am to 9.30am. I had to take day off unpaid and at 8.30am just got a text saying appointment had been changed. When we called for explanation person just said it was planning. When we chased up again was told takes all day so the engineer can only do one job. Fail to understand why that was our issue and how that justified cancelling on the day. We then got given an appointment 10 days later. We sent an email making a complaint and we did quote consumer rights. They basically pointed have to take it up with who sold it to us!!! Couldn't change date of appointment for repair. We asked twice for complaint to be escalated and be copied into it never happened. Night before new appointment got time of 6.30am to 8.30am, then 1 hour into appointment arrival window get a text from the engineer saying part broken can't come today we would get a call. Still not had a call. So 2 days off work , 7 loads of washing done at launderette and no end in site. Have emailed executive officer and contacted who we bought machine from . Just want to get rid of it , also have Haier tumble dryer and going ro try and return.
Please don't buy

Great Service and Product

Have a series 6 Oven and compact and Washer and Dryer. The Washing machine had an issue, engineer came out to repair same week, ordered the part and fitted it the week after and was a lovely lad to boot. 5 Year warranty so didn't cost me a penny. The rest of the products have been perfect and absolutely love the cooking was really surprised by the trust pilot score, only had a brilliant experience.

Avoid Haier, Hoover and Candy – Premium Price, Disappointing Product and Appalling Customer Service


This has genuinely been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.

I purchased a premium Haier washing machine directly from the manufacturer in April 2023. Looking back, I wish I had bought a much cheaper machine, as I would probably have been no worse off. For the price paid, I expected a product that would last significantly longer than three years and a customer service department that would stand behind it when things went wrong.

The machine developed a fault and I paid £160 for an engineer visit, only to be told that the PCB required to repair the appliance was unavailable. After weeks of chasing for updates, I was informed that the part could not be supplied and was encouraged towards purchasing a replacement machine instead.

However, after I formally complained, I was suddenly told the part was available after all. Then I was told it wasn’t available. Then I was told it was simply out of stock. Then I was told there was no estimated delivery date. The story seemed to change depending on who I spoke to, leaving me with absolutely no confidence in the information being provided.

One of the most frustrating aspects was simply trying to speak to somebody. Customers are forced through an AI system and automated processes before eventually getting hold of a real person. There is no straightforward way to contact someone directly, which makes an already stressful situation even more infuriating when you are trying to get answers.

The entire process felt designed to wear me down rather than resolve the problem. I spent weeks chasing updates, repeating the same information and trying to establish what was actually happening. Despite the inconvenience, time, expense and stress caused, I was still expected to contribute further money towards a replacement appliance.

The sequence of events left me questioning whether the repair was ever genuinely going to be pursued. Being told a part was unavailable, then available, then unavailable again, after a replacement had already been suggested, did little to inspire confidence that resolving the fault was the priority.

What should have been a straightforward warranty and repair discussion turned into weeks of conflicting information, poor communication and frustration. I cannot fault the engineer who attended, but the handling of my case by the company has been extremely disappointing.

Having since read many other reviews relating to Haier, Hoover and Candy, I am concerned that my experience is not an isolated one.

Looking back, I have to admit that I never felt the machine washed particularly well even before the fault developed. Given the premium price tag, I expected far better performance. In hindsight, I would have been better off purchasing a much cheaper washing machine, which may well have provided the same or even better results and potentially lasted just as long.

I would not purchase from Haier, Hoover or Candy again and would strongly advise potential customers to research independent reviews carefully before spending their money.

I have a 4 door haier refidgerator and…

I have a 4 door haier refidgerator and very dissapointed so hard to get it to work after turning off to move to another house... to find it so complicated to start up again... why do you make your appliances so complicated to use..??? is this progress... why not go back to the KISS principle (keep it simple stupid) so far have a refridgerator that does not work.. should be able to just turn it on and that's all it needs... not happy folks..

got sent the wrong tumble dryer sent then had to store it in my house for a week before they come to pick it up and told me they cant sent me the right 1 and i had to wait another week to get my money back

Ridiculous time frames for repairs.

By the time my 18 month old washer will be repaired it will be nearly 2 weeks that is has been unusable. Apparently this is an acceptable time frame and I have been made to feel pressured into taking D&G insurance for future issues.

Excellent Value and Quality TV

I'm really impressed with my new Haier H43K85GUF TV. The picture quality is excellent, with sharp detail, vibrant colours and a great viewing experience overall.

While the built-in speakers are what you would expect from a TV in this price range, the sound is perfectly adequate for everyday viewing.

What has impressed me most is the overall design and build quality. The TV looks modern and premium, and it feels very well made for the price paid. The Fire TV operating system is easy to use, responsive, and comes with all the major streaming apps you could need straight out of the box.

Overall, this is a fantastic TV that offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Haier's new range of TVs to anyone looking for a feature-packed smart TV with great picture quality at a competitive price.

I live on an Island in the Firth of…

I live on an Island in the Firth of Clyde, a 40 min ferry journey to the mainland and about another 30 minutes to Glasgow. I ordered a fridge freezer back in March 2026 with delivery to me on a specific date. A day later the delivery date "was no longer available" I would be contacted .I was never contacted but 2 men with a van turned up at my house with my fridge freezer on 22 April a month after I ordered it. The next day on going to plug it in I discovered that the pins on the fridge freezer had broken off. Then the real saga started. Haier said I would receive a replacement freezer and that the broken one would be taken away. I waited and waited for a delivery date for the new freezer , nothing happened despite me contacting Haier and the delivery company ,tracking showed that it was sitting in a warehouse since 27th April. Eventually 2 weeks ago I cancelled the order and asked for a refund of the nearly £580 I had paid. I am still waiting some 2 weeks later. All I get is that my query has been escalated to service department .

The fryer is excellent, and the ordering and delivery process were good, but the lack of a proper instruction booklet in English is a severe disadvantage and requires a lot of trial and error which is irritating.

I pretty much back all the other…

I pretty much back all the other reviews. Had a washing machine for 3 years, single bloke, small weekly wash. Never had one break down before. Completely kaput, won't be buying Haider again.

Worst customer service of my life

Absolute rubbish product. Glass shattered first week. Trying to get it fixed was one of the worst customer experience sitatuions of my life. Tech demanded super early hours then no showed without even telling us. Avoid at all costs.

I emailed Haier. They reiterated the same nonsense they've already told me before. Thanks for that. Really glad they took one more opportunity to waste my time.
