Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs!! Engineer came out to fix my washing machine that was covered under warranty and didn't reconnect the wastepipe causing the washing machine to leak and ruin my floor. It took them 7 weeks to admit liability and are now telling me it can take a further 28 days for the payment to be sent to me to cover the cost of replacement flooring. When asking for updates they say "don't keep sending chasing emails as they won't be responded to" useless and incompetent and very unprofessional

Bought a fridge hasn’t even been 6 months and one of the shelves keeps falling off. Fell off on the weekend and a corner is chipped. They refused to replace their faulty product and expect us to buy a new one. Awful awful service. Easily a faulty product that could have landed on one of my children. Save your money do not buy!!!!!!!! Customer service as just as useless. Also a 5 minute AI bit is ridiculous. You go through to someone who takes the same info again!!! I just checked the site to order a replacement and the delivery cost is the same price as the item. Are you people okay??????

Very professional

Everything went very well by phone and then automated operator through registration and fault management. I was then transferred to an engineer operator who handled our fault very well thanks.

Good product but broken and poor repair

Like the product (larger fridge freezer) but it’s broken after 6 months. Waited one week for a repair, engineer couldn’t fix. Worse than a long queue for a human. Good people when you actually get through, but such a slow and frustrating experience.

Incompetent AI bot

Took 20 mins of AI drivel chat that did not take information correctly, to eventually get through to talk to a Ahmed who took information and registered information quickly and efficiently. Please let us speak to humans immediately or enter data by keyboard ourselves online. This AI stuff is torture.

Customer service is brilliant

Customer service is brilliant, I had a problem with the first delivery of the washing machine ( which was found faulty before installation) . They refunded the purchase and then i repurchased again on 29/4/2026with a discount code the customer service gave me and the delivery(01/5/2026) was fast /installation.

Warranty repair agreed, they were to get back to me once they had an engineer available but failed to do so. Repair never carried out and then I am being blamed for lack of contact! How does that work? Now being ignored.

I was so very much looking forward to…

I was so very much looking forward to my purchase of a long-desired Haier washer-dyer for the sake of its high ratings and overall good impression. However, I bought it months ago and I am severely disappointed in it, as the main purpose to make my domestic life easier in regard to the dryer saving me money, space and time, completely backfired. The energy efficiency and more so the dryer is crap and expensive to put it bluntly. It washes for over an hour depending on the cycle, then dries for 2-3hrs only still leave clothes damp, and I always end up still spending the same 48hrs airing out the clothes in the hallway, obstructing valuable space, as I had to do with my former washing machine. Haier does not compare to my beloved Indesit washing machine that was user-friendly with 30-40mins cycles and lasted a magnificent 21yrs! I loved that machine but it did its time and eventually gave out. However, that machine was superior, cheaper with more value for money. evidently more durable and cost me less energy. This extremely expensive Haier uses more time, mental energy, water, electricitiy, heating, space and more aggravation than I ever would have imagined. Quite a regrettable purchase. Plus it was a nightmare to arrange what should have been a simply delivery via their online portal. The delivery/servicemen who came to replace the machine were wonderful but the arrangement itself was stressful. Also upon first wash, with all its unnecessarily complicated digital operations, the machine shook so hard, making so much noise by jumping up and down due to having uneven feet, that I had to put a folded piece of card under it to balance it out- after objects fell from the shelf above. Never had such a problem with new apparatus before, not even my beloved old Indesit. I am not in a hurry to recommend this product or website. The hidden fees were additionally frustrating. The only thing that makes this Haier better than my former Indesit is that the drum is a bigger size (for duvets, pillows and more clothes). I strongly doubt that it would last as long as my previous machine.

Poor quality products and service team

Avoid… Ordered a fridge freezer directly from them. The first appliance was faulty and did not cool properly, resulting in spoiled food. An engineer attended and confirmed the fault after we complained.

A replacement was then delivered weeks later, but arrived damaged and had to be refused.

We were left without a working fridge freezer for an extended period and had to spend a lot of time chasing updates. After all of this, the maximum goodwill gesture offered was £30. Which is offensively low.

Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of what should have been a straightforward replacement of a brand new faulty product.
