I bought the G2 20W fibre laser a few years ago and it’s been a solid workhorse ever since. Early on I had a few small issue with the software, but their team walked me through it quickly and easily.
I reached out recently again with another issue and got the same level of fast and helpful support as when I first bought the machine. That really stands out for me and I really appreciate the support, a great team and solid product.

I had an issue with the z axis height on my Gweike Cloud 50W, where the Z axis wasn't responding as it should. After some troubleshooting with tech support, customer service is sending a new unit out to me. Things can happen in shipping etc., I get that, while frustrating, customer service handled the issue like I was hoping they would, not asking me to replace components etc., but to send out a new machine. Great work, Gweike!

Purchased a g2 max 50w fiber laser. All my experience dealing with gweike customer service so far has been great. Everyone ive spoken with so far has been super helpful and pleasant to speak with . I haven't had a lot of time with the laser itself yet but im confident customer service will have my back if any issues arrise.

I was either going to buy this or another Brand as i was concerned about import duty’s into the UK , I was helped by the Gweike sales guys on what’s app and they assured me no tax would be paid , so I ordered and got the laser 2 days later , extremely quick delivery. Upon receipt it was my first fibre laser having owed a C02 laser before and I was having problems calibrating it, I was put in contact with their WhatsApp support team who got me working with some videos and examples of how to configure , can’t say it wasn’t a little challenging but was resolved in a hour by copying over the settings I established on Lightburn over to Glaser. Overall I’m extremely happy with the laser , for the money it was great value. Will certainly consider them in the future for when I upgrade.

I ordered a Gweike M3 Ultra last month from Vancouver, Canada. I was told by sales that it was in stock, ready to ship, and would arrive in 15 days. But after I paid for the order, there's been delay after delay. It's now past 15 days, and they haven't even scheduled a delivery. They gave the excuse that somehow there are too few trucks that ships from Toronto to Vancouver (which is one of the major trade routes in Canada!). I haven't been given a time frame in which they'll find a truck, so I wonder if I'm ever going to get the delivery at all.

What I also found out is that the M3 is priced the same across Canada and US, and the price is tariff/tax included in both country. Gweike is made in China and faces a 35% tariff in the US. So either they are underpaying tariffs in the US, or us Canadian buyers are being ripped off to subsidize US buyers. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Anyone else still waiting for their delivery?

I have purchased a G2 MAX 50W and it broken down after a day and never works. they expected to pick it from my site and leave a new one, later they mentioned they will ship a new device by providing shipping back document to an address. The address and contact phone no. was fake and shipped package lost and they never response to all my contact

Don't fall into their scam..they will take your money and then say product out of stock and dont refund your money

I have the G2 30W and it has been absolutely perfect for my use of deep engraving on metal. I have been using it with LightBurn and it runs flawlessly with the provided settings. The preview ‘frame’ red laser was a tiny bit off but LightBurn was able to help calibrate it. Great price and fast shipping!

I strongly advise against buying from this company. It has been 8 days since my purchase, and despite contacting them every single day, I still haven't received my invoice. Every day they promise to send it "today," but nothing happens. How hard can it be to provide a legal invoice?

Furthermore, they claim to ship their devices from Europe, but they use "holidays" as an excuse for both shipping delays and their failure to send documents. Very unprofessional. Avoid them if you expect reliability.

I bought the m3 Ultra and compressor. The quality of the machines is fantastic fast shipping and sells and service have been fantastic as well.

The delivery is super fast. The after sale communication is so responding. One of the best buying experiences I had for this kind of machine.
And the product is absolutely perfect. CO2 50w and Fiber 50w lasers are just perfect.

Firstly, I'd call myself a maker/Engineer. I have 5 lasers including this one, 5 3D printers, CNC router, CNC Mill, well, you get the idea.

I was an early backer on the Kickstarter (#504), and I have used an industrial CO2 laser since New Year's day, 2005. I considered getting a more powerful CO2 in the past, but then the fiber ones came out, and I got a couple small ones of those (10 and 20 watt), which could barely do anything to metal. I saw the Kickstarter, and I was hooked! I got the machine - they covered the lift tailgate service, unloading it was uneventful, and everything was in order.

Unit was packed VERY well, a solid inch of plywood under it and heavy on the sides. No damage to the laser. Setup by following their videos which gave step by step examples.

Support via WhatsApp, Never had that kind of support before, it is FANTASTIC, they put you on a chat with a few of their engineers/support people, and any time of the day or night you have a question... Just type it in.. and often within minutes or seconds you will have an answer!

With my previous lasers and hardware I've been pretty much on my own to figure things out. This has been nice having someone that I can ask a question to and get an answer from someone who knows this stuff better than me... And with the metal cutting / welding / cleaning / engraving - which works totally different than the CO2 cutting/engraving process. I thought that it would be all the same, but it is not, many things to learn, but learn them I will.

It has been super fun, as well as super amazing. I cut out letters that were HALF a millimeter wide in 0.8mm thick stainless steel sheet using compressed air and I was just STUNNED with the results.

I've come up with so many more uses for this since I got it

The machine is fantastic, the only limit is your imagination.
The company offers real-time assistance through a team of engineers who guide you step by step through the resolution of any small problems that may arise when using such sophisticated machines.

I don't know why power suply my g2max 50w broke. But customer service replaced fast my mashine to new one. I couldn't imagine that how this small mashine and fancy design is so powerful. It 3d engraving on brass 4 mm depth very fast. I am really satisfied with this laser mashin and that company and costumer service.
