The chap that came out did a great job despite adverse weather. There was a breakdown in communication which was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had problems with our guttering, when the guys came to sort it out they told us that it wasn't fitted correctly by the builders. As it is a new build we were advised by them to contact the builders. They arrived on time were pleasant and friendly.

Excellent service and quick response

We live in Exning, Suffolk, and recently faced issues with the gutters of our newly purchased house, which hadn't been properly maintained. After reaching out to several local companies, all with over a month’s waiting time, we were pleasantly surprised by this company, which contacted us within 12 hours to discuss the online quote and offered to come the next morning.

The owner professionally explained that the problem was likely a blockage in the downpipe, which turned out to be correct. The next morning, their employee, Tristan, arrived. He was a delightful and highly competent person who quickly resolved the issue.

We are extremely satisfied with the service, the speed of the intervention, and the fair pricing, so we highly recommend this company!

This is the second time I have used the services of Gutter Clean. As always, they are professional and good value. Fully recommend them.

Booked between 1-3 pm and Zain arrived approx 20 minutes late but he did phone beforehand to say he was running late. After 3 attempts to get system working he did a good job. He did set the house alarm off by knocking the outside alarm box. At the end he said his card machine wasn’t working so had to do a bank transfer payment. Not ideal when you say you can pay by card on day.

Very professional and polite, arrived on time and payment was straightforward. Did a good job.
