Spring cleaning time finally arrived…
Spring cleaning time finally arrived and gutters were blocked with Fall leaves, solar panels were blanketed in green lichen and conservatory roof was moss ridden. Where do I start? I searched for an answer on the internet and stumbled on The Gutter Clean Company who did all three jobs plus with 20 Pct off offering. I jumped at it and got booked fast and the engineer they sent (Tristan) was like superman and did a superb cleaning job of all three in two days. One happy customer...got good value for my money.

The service and customer service were both excellent.All staff were polite and friendly and were committed to providing a swift response. They were keen to ensure I was totally satisfied with their work. I contacted several companies before them and was not impressed by their responses so chose The zGutter Clean company and will use them in the future and I recommend them.Excellent staff.

Muhammad was very professional and friendly. Kept me informed of what he was doing and showed where the blockages in the gutters were. He even carried out a water test to show how the water runs clearly down the pipes, confirming they had been unblocked.

A good service
They give a good service and the technicians are helpful and professional. The criticism I have is an ebooking system that requires you to fill in a complex set of descriptions of your house that they already have on file, and too many promotional emails.

Nothing but positive
We've not had a gutter clean for some time and needed some repair work. We had some issues with access and ladders, but was able to come up with a solution to get the work done. Came back another day to check after a rainfall and made some adjustments. Really friendly and professional.

Over £200 for 19 minutes of work
Over £200 for 19 minutes of work. No evidence of what my guttering looked like afterwards, the only feedback I had was that there was a bit of moss. I won’t be recommending or using them again. 3 stars because they turned up and quoted beforehand but I asked how long it would take and was told 2 hours and they had long ladders! No ladders were used at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with the service.
Just to clarify a few points. The work was completed using our professional gutter vacuum system, which is designed to safely clear gutters from ground level without needing ladders in most situations. We do carry ladders on our vehicles, but they are only used where necessary if debris cannot be removed using the vacuum system.
In terms of timing, we don’t quote a fixed duration for gutter cleaning as every property and level of blockage is different. Instead, we provide arrival windows and a fixed price quotation in advance, which was accepted prior to the visit. The time taken on site can vary significantly depending on access and how full the gutters are.
Regarding photos, these are available on request and we’re very happy to provide them. As the job was only completed yesterday, we haven’t yet received a request for these, but we’d be glad to send them over.
We have tried to contact you directly to discuss your concerns and resolve this for you, but haven’t been able to reach you yet. Please feel free to contact us at the office so we can help.

Excellent service all round
Tristan arrived on time, knew what needed doing, dealt with unexpected repairs and was thorough, polite, listened to my suggestions and did an excellent job, showing me photos of areas he had cleaned that I couldn't reach to see.
I had booked giving very little notice and had a tight time schedule, but the company fitted my job in.
I was extremely impressed and would definitely use this company again.
